Checked haveibeenpwned.com for data breaches, this email's been in approximately seven databreeches. All of which have happened in the span of 2-3 years. It's possible that it's him, but it's more likely to be a miscellaneous Doxbin user due to it appearing under swolesome.vip as being an email associated with Doxbin.

EDIT: DING DING DING! @Speedrunner was on the money. Thanks to @notorietus for the scan, the email is directly connected to a venmo account under the name Michael Fletcher. It's highly probable that it's his name, but there's a small chance it could be a generic name on the lines of "John Doe".

Michael Fletcher confirmed for the aol email, CarlTheSkunk@aol.com as well. It's in five out of the seven data breeches as the proton.me address.
