@chadmuska replace "veggietales" with "Big Bang Theory" in the title. I think that longpost that
@Derped223 posted should convince you.
As :autism: as it would be to "analyze" veggietales (something one could argue he's never technically done seriously), it's even moreso to "analyze" a sitcom and drop
fucking 22 full paragraphs regarding why an autistic character is autistic and whether or not he's portrayed in a good or a bad light.
Because that's the kind of shit I care about when watching a sitcom! Determining whether or not Kramer (for example) has some form of Down Syndrome, and taking his character seriously in every aspect, always worrying whether or not his lines are supposed to convey some secret, deep message that only people thinking about the shows critically, like our pal Jerry can understand!
Like, I can sorta get why there's an MLP analysis community, because
people want to justify their unhealthy addition to watching cartoon horses any show for kids could have some good themes hidden in them, to teach kids something positive, and people seem to enjoy picking the shows apart and putting it up to show people how they interpret said themes, but I don't think that level of "critical thinking" is really needed for Big Bang Theory, or any Sitcom in general, because the message they try to convey (if any) is usually 1. blatant and 2. not watered down or simplified for a younger audience.
