Ethan is obviously spiraling for attention with his latest publicity stunt. The JC stuff is like five years old. This isn’t about accountability or protecting victims, he just needs a new war.
The denims and frogan lawsuit have gotten pretty stale as it’s just time passing now. He got to humiliate Kaceytron which was funny but now the other two are meh. The Jomha battle is stale. Everyone makes fun of them and most are more funny. Jomha hate is its own economy.
Ethan’s crew isn’t funny. He reacts too angrily to drama content for it to be funny and he’s too PC to land hard punches against anyone. If he wants to burn through his money on JC billboards go at it, but it’s realistically not going to stop JC from building his career back in my opinion. It just makes Ethan look salty because he’s angry that JC is starting to inch back into a spotlight again when celebs that used to frequent Ethan’s show have vanished. The only new people he can bring on is Harley Morenstein and that fat girl? I’m sure no one will get bored of those two highly entertaining figures.
Now it just seems like Ethan is begging JC for a lolsuit so he can play victim and act like he’s just trying to help the little queer boys of LA to not be raped, killed and thrown into the ocean by JC.
I despise Hasan but “losing” to him has really made Ethan even more of a spazz. I didn’t think the crashout could be worse than the Kavanaugh one but it’s been three years, no litigation and he still won’t shut the fuck up about the roach. Publicly seething about every article or magazine Hasan’s in or tagging larger public figures to try to sway them to stay away from Hasan is a desperate look.
I don’t give a shit about JC but I hope he ignores what I see as a massive publicity stunt to try to provoke a lolsuit out of him. Most of Ethan’s content for years have revolved around lolsuits and frogan and denims are boring now as I haven’t seen any new developments lately.
Strictly playing devils advocate, if I were their attorneys I would be watching him closely because I do think their attorneys are going to use the angle of “harassment” against Ethan and it could give them more leverage in a settlement or if denims actually goes through with getting this in front of a judge or judge/jury. He settled with Kavanaugh and had to apologize, kacey folded and settled quickly because she’s broke and her public apology was obviously written to be as humiliating as possible with throwing Hasan under the bus. I hope denims and frogan both lose or have to issue apologies for being gay and retarded, but to anyone with a brain it does seem as if he was targeting Hasan’s strongest soldiers to punish. Yes, they absolutely broke copyright but these are still lolsuits and he planted the perfect gotcha for Hasan’s dumbass orbiters because they’re so predictable.
I’m obviously not a lawyer and EK has a great lawyer but I’m sure he’s not making his job easier. By continuing to mock and provoke Frogan and Denims, lawyers can argue the copyright cases were selective and in bad faith and this doesn’t seem like it’s about copyright at all. Silence is usually the best approach even though there’s no rule he has to shut up about them, he’s just hurting his settlement. When Kav sued him for copyright it was dismissed but since he wouldn’t shut the fuck up and went nuclear it cost him in the defamation suit. I don’t see Kav walking away after years with a little one minute public apology and no monetary compensation.
My own personal observation, he seems like he’s on adderall. This isn’t a snark narrative I’ve adopted, just watching his general tone and aggressiveness.
