After Jeff and Ron got all upset about "a third party listening in and transcribing" a public hearing (held via phone), it appears that someone with a sense of humor has been reading this thread and taken my advice to have the official transcript published. (It could also have been the judge being fed up with the faggotry around this case and ordered it released to remedy the imaginary damage suffered by Ron's ego)

While this has not happened YET, it does appear we will get the transcript eventually, unless a whale wants to splurge and buy it straight up.

I think it's likely the actual transcript isn't as favorable to the other side as they think. It's pretty clear they prompted the AI to favor Alyssa's side. OTOH the panic from the other side may suggest otherwise. I look forward to the actual transcript.

Also, just in general Coleman comes across as incredibly unprofessional and belligerent, interrupting and getting shut down by the judge. He's actually getting his ass handed to him by a ridiculous troon. I'm sure whoever had to transcribe this really enjoyed this idiot trying to talk over everyone.

In short, Coleman submitted basically boilerplate denials of any responsive documents, but he should have been specific. Even if he's actually right about the claims (and I think he probably is at least on some), he didn't articulate the necessary reasoning for it.

I still think using AI to make a realtime transcript is skirting the spirit if not the letter of the law. It requires at least a transitory recording of the proceedings. At the very least get rid of the fucking em dashes and make it look like a human did it.

Maybe I'm just resentful from having done this kind of shit in person with a pen and legal pad multiple times.
