from what i always understood, the implication is that the vast majority of the meat must be bone free, but that doesn't mean that they can be held liable for small pieces of bone that no one could see or notice during separation.

This one is even weaker, looks like they're claiming false advertising for a product that has been a ubiquitous term for decades at this point. They're mad because the "boneless wing" is actually a chunk of chicken breast rather than a deboned wing. This is like getting pissed about Rocky Mountain Oysters because they're not actually shellfish. Complete skill issue and spurious lawsuit.

Everyone goes through the same process when they enter Ben Gurion, even diplomatic personnel. I've had it done probably a dozen times. As far as I'm aware, the only person who's been to Ben Gurion recently and hasn't had that happen is Trump.

It is even worse when you consider that Nick's entire career was him hating that Charlie accomplished everything he pretended he was going to do. And spent a vast majority of his time in the limelight trying to tear down Charlie.

Reminder that Gaypers' biggest win was when a bunch of them autistically started screaming at Charlie Kirk at an event years ago before Turning Point was even a thing, because Nick saw him as a threat.   • Builds his image being the """young people's""" voice while everyone else is old.
    • Whenever he sees someone as a challenge to his """young""" persona, he attacks them relentlessly, attempting to destroy their career before it gets started. Much like he attempted to do with Charlie during the big Groyper attack on him during his early days.
  • His presence is completely online and encourages people to not make political inroads or gains, to instead just shill his show online, circle-jerk, crab in the bucket mentality, and join the cult. As that is the real way you make change in the world behind your computer, yelling at mixed-race children for their existence and warding off non-whites from having a political awakening to the right-wing.
  • Is only brought up by CNN, MSNBC, and other left-leaning media as a bad example of the right, he is never thought of as relevant to anyone on the right except by his fans or when people on the right give him a shot, thinking he was blacklisted wrongl,y only to be backstabbed later.

Charlie:​

  • Creates multiple chapters across colleges and now high schools for students to join a young people-oriented right-wing political group IRL.
  • Creates multiple jobs and careers across the nation in a self-funded and constantly growing political hydra organization with boots on the ground to counterbalance left-wing organizations like Antifa on campus.
  • Builds a massive billion-plus views TikTok and social media presence, normalizing right-wing ideas and challenging the sacred cows of the left.
    • This becomes such a success it encourages multiple people and influencers to try their hand at it. Further pushing the Overton window and exposing the left's worldview as silly.
  • Is, so successful that he is thought of as a threat to democracy and needs to be propagandized against, (Like the recent South Park episode. Or Gaven Newscum's failed podcast showed).
  • Allows for multiple worldviews in a big tent rightwing while recognizing and encouraging the shift towards the right.
    • You can see this with his personal views on Israel being more Evangelical but allowing and encouraging anti-Israel conversations in his organization and promoting their ideas and criticism as valid. (See Tucker Carlson at his giant events and the video below.)
  • His political campaigning during the 2024 election was credited as one of the largest factors getting Trump's win in PA, (they had people go out to Amish and campaign to them directly, which the Amish were the factor that pushed him over the line) and multiple locations around the country.
  • Has multiple political connections from local elections, senators, governors, and all the way up to the President. Having direct conversations with powerful politicians and getting the messaging out there when deviations from Trump's promises start to be made in the House and Senate. (Example the Dignity Act [Video below] and the push to make Trump not deport farm slaves...I mean illegals. And his direct calls with Trump's team to get him back on track.)
  • Working with people like Steve Bannon, Tucker Carlson, and others to build lasting media presence and to be a filter for all of the new Right wing politicians have to be put through to gain public support. Which continues to shift the Overton window.

Lastly, a Tldr example of impact​

All of this and more can be said about Nick v Charlie. But a great example is looking and judging people on their fruits is Matt Walsh v Nick.

(His entire life) Nick has done nothing but hurt and abuse his supporters and people that give him a chance with backstabbing.

(In just 2023) Matt Walsh, while being less popular than both Charlie and Nick, made true impacts politically and legislatively in his home state of Tennessee by banning the practice of Child sex change due to his campaigning and pushing this to the national level.

As for Ben Sharprio​

And for your point about Ben Sharprio or when the Daily Wire crew was one of the many people that guest hosted the Charlie Kirk show after his death, (along with Tucker, JD Vance, Glen Beck, etc...) they got the most vitriol even though they were amazing friends to Charlie throughout his life because of the rise in low-iq Jewish hate from leftists posing as Republicans and third worlders, both of which are Nick's fanbase.

For all the crap I give Ben and some of his hosts on his network. I believe that he was 100,000,000% in the right to condem people like Candace and Nick for content/conspiracy farm Charlie's death and attack his widow for engagement farming and that people not calling them out, especially Candace, for constantly changing her """" evidence and truths"""" to fit an ever evolving theories (She now claims that Charlie appeared to her in a dream and that he had super powers and the CIA was killing him for being too powerful) are cowards. (The only reason his speech was cast aside was that he pivoted to defending Israel for being blamed for his death by a Troon lover which given Ben is not a surprise but was not the time or place).

When I was growing up, the local grocers took polaroids of people who bounced checks and had a wall of shame saying "don't take checks from these people". I suppose these rotten old broads would see it as a badge of honor though..

I know some niggers with a business. Half the nigger kids don't actually work, and they do a lot of drugs. But guess what? They get a salary from mommy and daddy. Petty theft for no reason?
