This sounds more like something Bob Chipman would do. He's set his house up like a Mario level. Mario comes in and picks up the hatchet in the front room, then comes back to DSP's bedroom, and then DSP chucks hammers at him while defending himself from a guy with a hatchet.

He does know he needs a pit of lava for this idea to work, right?

This is really special thinking.

Phil can just cook up a pot of his "authentic Italian sauce" for that.

Bull fucking shit that condo is not in selling condition. Unless there are major repairs needed, and I doubt that cause he would ask for money for them, then all it needs is a deep cleaning and some touchups.

Well this is the guy who disposes of cooking oil and grease by flushing it down the toilet. Who knows what else is going on there?

Phil's real estate issues are prime examples of how he feeds his fans half-lies for maximum impact. He starts off by saying something reasonable to gain their trust:

"I can't rent my condo out since I can't maintain it for a tenant."
"I can get in trouble with Curse if I get a lasting copyright strike."
"I contacted Machinima because I had an unnaturally low dip in revenue."
"I'd be willing to get a new PC as a Patreon goal."

And then he follows it up with some wildly unbelievable bullshit that they think is true just because the setup was true:

"I can't sell my house either because it's literally falling apart."
"I got Atlus to remove their copyright strike and they said they love my playthrough."
"Machinima just sat on their asses and didn't do anything for me so I told them to treat me better or I'll leave."
"You have to fund my new PC in one month or I'm gonna use that money to pay bills and you can try again."

He's really mastered his manipulation. He gives them just enough honey to keep them around after he drowns them in vinegar.

What is the old quote? If A is true and B is true C can be a lie but people will take it as truth. Like everything else Phil does he has learned the bare minimum to manipulate people because it is so easy to see through. His biggest fans are the "brainless morons" Phil rants about when he talks about the average Youtube viewer but by saying his content is for "intelligent humans" it manipulates those fans into thinking "Phil's kahntent is for smart people, me watch Phil, me smart person."

Now the question that needs to be answered is does Phil know his kahntent is bottom of the barrel garbage or does Dsp actually think his kahntent is high brow, top tier, intelligent videos. Is he a conman or a blind fool?

Massive all of text right before his stream, where he attacks his fans, attacks haters, and last paragraph talks about his plans for the WA house.

"despite the fact that I've won hundreds of times more than I've lost in [USF2]". Is there a stats screen in-game? I can't imagine that Phil would play most (or any) matches off-camera, since that's essentially working for free in his world. Somehow, I don't think he's played thousands of matches. LOL

Streamchat was keep count for him the first day. He was like 70-18 the first day then once people started playing it more he started losing more and he started blaming it on lag/cant block

The inability to maintain his CT condo for a tenant is bullshit. For some single digit percent commission there are businesses (seems like sometimes realty businesses) that find tenants, collect rent, and handle small repairs. 90% of possible monthly rent is better than 0% of possible monthly rent. Could have probably saved tens of thousands of dollars if charging $800-1k a month.

I think he gets matched up with people who haven't played yet, establishes with the games algorithms that he's played before, then gets his ass kicked by people who've played before and are simply better than him.

Confirmation bias to the fullest extent.

There was no campaign to end Ardnas, they called him out for monetizing and the person who made the intros copyright struck his channel down. Occam's razor, unless you want to believe it was a longterm plan to make him intros for months and then take him down.

Everyone gets ribbed, even your supposed high and mighty leader is "Futa Fred"

Their charity water campaign was a continuation of their previous campaign when they were the KWO

I'm asking you to show me the pecking order, because right now you are sounding just as ridiculous as the guy who's post we are all laughing at making Jim the leader of the group.

It's funny, I bet they voted and did all that formal autism so that people wouldn't say they just kick people because it's a dictatorship but they get flack for that anyway, I guess when you get added to a Skype group you are there forever and the group is the one at fault not the one that gets unanimously kicked.

Back to Phil, I'm excited to see how this Persona 5 strike pans out. From what I've seen it he's not out of the woods yet. Something Atlus USA tells him doesn't mean parent company Atlus Japan is going to follow through.

Your autistic Mafia attacked Ardnas for making a few pennies off DSP while Tevin makes basically his non social welfare income off making fun of DSP. If you can't see the blatant hypocrisy in that then you can't be helped.

You were the one who dragged this thread into the topic of Phil's detractors again by turning an off cuff comment by @SirJamesDTech into yet another discussion about the SOK. Do it again and you'll get warning points. If you want to say 'my friends aren't autistic guys I swear!' there's a specific detractors thread for it.

Wait a few years for the property value to increase and then not sell it, but take a second mortgage.

Is... is dsp literally exceptional?

I will wipe out my debt with a new loan based on the WA housing bubble!

Everyone is pretty sure that housing growth is going to dip in a year if not straight up pop. Treating his house like a collectable is a supremely dumb idea.

Phil had better start learning how to cook. As humans get into their late 30s, we can't adjust as well to very high sodium intake without a generous consumption of water.
Considering the energy drinks he constantly is shilling as well as his awful diet, and the fact that his adrenaline gets pumping from basic household tasks, DSP's cardiovascular conditioning puts him at risk of serious heart problems.

That poor excuse for a stir-fry looks incredibly salty

Just like him

Jesus Christ. He's cooking with soy sauce AND bottled stir-fry sauce (whose principle ingredient must surely be soy sauce). Meanwhile, not a grain of rice to be seen to temper the sodium levels on the palate and to ensure he doesn't solely fill up on the contents of salt mountain.

We all eat unhealthily at times, but only a lolcow broadcasts their destructive swill expecting praise. Somewhere Leanna is having a salad and a sandwich with her Arizona tea happy she doesn't need to massage her own shoulders after ladling out Phil's portions into his trough.

*love the Yan Can Cook inspired comment on the picture, by the way.

You guys don't get it. To Phil that IS healthy. It's chicken breast and veggies without the carbs (rice)

He's so off. He thinks about food like a Midwestern grandpa. Like he's 30 years older than he is. When 6 eggs for breakfast would fucking kill you but make it two and four strips of bacon with a little orange juice and you're good. Boggles the mind.

I noticed in the vlog every window has blinds completely covering them. In the bedroom you can tell he peers out the blinds cause of the crack near bottom. Paranoid much dsp? View attachment 238554

I just noticed something. it looks like he kneels here and peers through the blinds. Could just be to wipe his feet but wtf man.View attachment 238561

Calm down. Have you never owned blinds? That's what happens at the bottom when they're not measured perfectly.

I got two vibes from the house tour.

1. Leanna left him cause he is no longer fun (the old dsp) which is why he hung the old art back up

or

2. He is hoping someone will find financial interest in the items he showed. He went on for quit a bit about how much the cm punk plaque was worth.

There's only been 1 sold auction on eBay in the past 60 days, and it sold for $265. Considering it cost him $200 + S/H, his perception of how much it's worth doesn't really align with reality.

The way his camera swings while he limps through his art gallery ack ack ack ack snort shows that he's still got leg problems. Might be gout, might be knee problems, might just be his incredibly out-of-shape legs struggling to support his gamer physique.

He doesn't have knee problems, it's just another one of his many ticks. He has to sway back and forth b/c he's weird. It's absolutely annoying af to listen to him with headphones in because he's always swaying. It feels like he's passing back and forth through your brain.

He bought the condo for 250k. Let's say it raises to 300k in next two years.

Who is going to pay 300k for a shitty condo in rural Washington? Who knows maybe it will pay off, but the housing market fluctuates.

According to https://www.redfin.com/WA/Renton/17505-110-Ln-SE-98055/unit-30/home/103951818 he bought the home for $265k and it's estimated worth is $370k now. He lives in the suburbs, that house price isn't going to go up much more. He's just using the equity as an excuse to stay in the house because he doesn't want to move b/c he's lazy and he blames him taking a week off for the 2014 move as the reason his youtube revenue fell.

Your autistic Mafia attacked Ardnas for making a few pennies off DSP while Tevin makes basically his non social welfare income off making fun of DSP.

I was watching his last video and he got a 500 bit cheer during it, and he stopped his rant to go "Wow 500 bits! That's a good cheer. Thank you <so and so>!" The same thing he criticizes DSP for doing.
