It sounds like Trump will have to jump through a few more hoops before instating a tariff which while retarded, is not the end of the world.

Alternatively, we win the midterms and Congress can pass a law making it easier for the executive to enact tariffs. :optimistic:

There is long term implications there. If we hold majority in Congress, then Congress can just pass bills that include the Tariffs Trump wants.

Republicans could win 100% of the seats on congress and you still couldn't pass tariffs because they're all cucks. Literally no difference in voting D or R.

Alot of people can be brainwashed. The fact of the matter is if someone does something retarded we should be calling it out. Theres nothing wrong with wanting your country to do well though. I think this term Trump has been doing some really stupid shit. But if the other side had won they would be doing some stupid shit too. In the end its all theatrics.
 
I would be less annoyed if SCOTUS would take time out of their busy day to tell some of these lower courts to stop trying to fuck with the executive branch.
