Man, the late 60's/early 70's must've been the peak of your life.
They peaked with music around that time in certain genres...
I refuse to listen to Rachel Flowers ever again...
I refuse to watch her videos...
The Doors is highly influential...they are huge with people who are not from their generation...
Just HUGE....You re hugely weak, unpopular people sitting around talking about music no one wants to hear....
Principal Edwards Magic Theater were not that unpopular since they were on a major label and Pink Floyd's Nick Mason produced their albums....
They are a good band...underrated...You prefer really unpopular people because you are unpopular people...
I have been praising The Doors, Van Graaf Generator...and other highly influential people for years..and because I did not say that much less popular people are great..you started threads to talk about nothing else but much less popular people....who are much less famous.
I compliment much more popular and influential people all the time...Principal Edwards Magic Theater could not have been that unpopular if Pink Floyd's Nick Mason produced them on a major label....I like some popularity if it is warranted....
You prefer very unpopular people who are not going to make an impact on music
I also love BACH...Bach is still making a huge impact on music today....I have never insulted Bach online..I compliment bach all the time and Saint Saens...
I am not influenced by commercial artists of today but some of yesterdays commercial music I have been influenced by..not all....but not totally influenced by commercial artists....
You are a bunch of freaks who constantly talk about music no one is influenced by and constantly talk about unpopular music ...and that is because you are unpopular people...
I like the Doors a lot and I am getting a following ...people love this kind of music...ELP is not as popular or influential.....The Doors made a huge impact and they influenced me more...
not because they were popular...
You want to talk about Rachel...who is not really popular who is influenced by Keith Emerson and other less popular or well liked people...not to say he was bad....
Why was The Doors so popular compared to ELP?
Was it because they were low brow? I do not think that is the whole reason...because they all had an education and they were not really high class all the time but not really low brow either....
There is a reason why they became huge! ...and hugely influential...
ELP much less...
Who do I enjoy more? The Doors...Go take your Keith Emerson look alike Rachel Flowers to another board..
I am into the Doors...she is into Keith Emerson....
I like ELP but nearly as much...there is a reason...
