Well, here we are! Back again with another Greer adventure. General Greer thread (and all the shitposts) can be found here. Russell Greer's lawsuit against the Kiwi Farms can be found here. Before posting here, please consider whether your post relates to the lawsuit and whether it has any value. Jokes ought to go to the general thread.

All that said, let me guide you through this new saga:

PARTIES

Russell Godfrey Greer (also known for his alias 'The Brothel Prince): Russell Greer is best known as the 'Avatar of Sex'. He is the living desire to have sex made flesh. Having sex is all he cares about. It is why he breathes and why he works. Every disaster that has befallen him; he recovered. He did not do so because he wanted to be the better man, but because he hungers for pussy. Pussy is his crack cocaine.

You would think that such a man - this so called 'Avatar of Sex' would be skilful at seducing the fairer sex...but alas. He has no game. He fucks prostitutes and only prostitutes. Unfortunately for him, the whores unionized and forbid him their pussy. He is the only man in America that cannot get pussy from a whore. The behind the scenes whore network has only negative reviews of Mr. Greer and describe him as "threatening" and "dangerous".

Well, what about this man is so dangerous? Well, he was convicted of electronic harassement of a woman, and has three to four restraining orders against him (three proven, one alleged). He is alleged to have been kicked out of and banned from numerous brothels. He has sued just about every woman he has had any contact with, and almost always to acquire sex. He sued Taylor Swift to force her to date him and to tie her into prostitution. He sued her multiple times in what he now admits were frivolous lawsuits. I don't intend to go over every woman he sued (though, an incomplete version can be found here), so here's two more picks to illustrate the picture. He sued America's Got Talent to force its female judge to give him attention, and he sued a hooker for daring to talk about him. He admits that the later was frivolous as well.

He has been fired from every job he has ever had, which, incidently, leads us to...

ViaTRON Systems, Inc: They are a document storage company based in California that also does business in Nevada (where Russell Greer lives) and have employed Greer from December, 2024 to October 2025 where the events of this case start to arise.

FACTS AND THE CASE

On October 1st, Russell Greer sent a "Severance and Resolution of Legal Claims" letter to his employer, demanding $20,000 (after taxes) for Greer's various and extensive complaints about ViaTRON. He gave them 10 days to respond or he'd squeal to the feds.

12 days later, President of ViaTRON responded by offering him $20,000 in cash, off the books, 'we don't report this to the IRS'-style payment on the condition that Greer resumes working at ViaTRON. Greer has, in laymans terms, hit the jackpot.

On the same day, after smelling blood in the water (as the saying goes), Russell Greer upped his demands to $200,000.

The markings in the image are from Greer's doing, not mine.

One day later, ViaTRON responded rejecting these new demands and stating that "this amount is almost like extortion money"

What followed was frantic back and forths until the end of November with Russell begging ViaTRON to at least give him the original $20,000 and ViaTRON threatening criminal and civil litigation against him.

Russell Greer intended to file a lawsuit against ViaTRON to force them to pay out $20,000 in December, 2025, but fearing that Kiwi Farms users would laugh at his lawsuit, he instead filed it on 22nd of January, 2026. Nobody is certain what the delay achieved.

Demands:

If the above is not clear enough, I'll summarize it in bullet points. Greer wants:
  • $20,000 from his initial (allegedly extortionate) demand
  • Up to $200,000 from the revised demand that ViaTRON rejected
  • Wages for all the time he did not work (the exact moment ViaTRON accepted Greer's implied quitting is uncertain, and Greer contests that he ever wanted to quit, words "severance" notwithstanding
  • Money for making him stress and calling his demands extortion
  • Attorney's fees
  • And whatever else the court can give him
All in all, in summary he claims to be asking for a small $1,390,000, which is about 70 times more than his intial $20,000 demand and about 7 times more than his $200,000 demand.

While the above serves as a decent overview of what he is suing over, here are the exact causes of action:
  1. BREACH OF CONTRACT (regarding $20,000.00)
  2. BREACH OF IMPLIED-IN-FACT CONTRACT (regarding $200,000)
  3. PROMISSORY ESTOPPEL (ViaTRON broke their promises)
  4. UNLAWFUL WAGE WITHHOLDING (ViaTRON didn't pay him when he didn't work)
  5. DEFAMATION (calling his demands blackmail and extortion)
  6. INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS (over the same)
On 27th of February, ViaTRON filed a Motion to Dismiss alleging the following
  • They never breached any contract, because there were not any agreements. Greer made his '$20,000 and I leave' demand, ViaTRON counteroffered with '$20,000 plus benefits, plus you stay' which Greer rejected and demanded $200,000. The counteroffers and the rejections, ViaTRON argues cannot form a contract, and therefore cannot create a breach.
  • There was no implied acceptance of the $200,000 demand because ViaTRON clearly rejected it and because Russ had labelled it "open to negotiating" which under Nevada law is not an offer that can create an implied contract. They use the same argument to state there were no promises made to Greer.
  • Nevada law does not grant Greer right to seek the alleged unpaid wages, and where it does, Greer is not entitled to it because he seeks something different (paid leave, which is covered under different statutes)
  • Defamation claims fail because of litigation privilege (i.e. they talked to their lawyers about pursuing a criminal and/or civil litigation and statements made in anticipation of litigation are protected. Of note, there may have been more reasons why such claims would fail.
  • IIED is an insane bar to meet, and under Nevada law, Russ simply does not meet it.
  • It's too early for attorney's fees.

That's as far as the case got so far.

Docket: https://www.clarkcountycourts.us/Portal/ (search for Greer's name). Looking at the docket is free, the documents are not.

Said documents are listed here as follows from the main Greer thread:

  1. Complaint
  2. Proposed summons (no document attached. Probably only the clerk had it for internal review)
  3. Affidavit of Service
  4. Defendant ViaTRON Systems, Inc.'s Initial Appearance Fee Disclosure, Defendant ViaTRON Systems, Inc.'s 7.1 Disclosure Statement, Defendant ViaTRON Systems, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss
  5. Response to MtD

This is sort of still work in progress and I suspect is full of spelling mistakes. Leave all your complaints here, and I will eventually fix them before moving the thread

It might be nice to link into the main thread where it was discovered, and where the main points came out, just for the jokes. Shit is absolutely off the fuckin' hook(er).

It's at the bottom and the top of the OP. Also it's linked for stuff after the denial section. Did you also want it somewhere else?

I mean looks pretty good. Its straight forward, its to the point. Maybe add the judge and Viatron attorneys in the "Parties" section. Thats how the GvM OP is organized (speaking of that, it seriously needs to be updated sometime, preferably now that activity has been on the low there).

Edit: Nevermind, didnt see the January 2026 update lmao

Please don't split off ANOTHER thread on a major Russ lolsuit, or there'll be hardly anything to talk about in the main thread, which will be left incomplete by major happenings in his life being discussed elsewhere

The Judge isn't really a party, and Viatron's attorneys don't really matter unless they independently do something notable. They are interlinked with Viatron as it were.
$20,000 on December, 2025, but fearing that

This should have a day or instead say "...in December"
Right, my bad. I'll fix it.
Lol I thought I checked the links but not enough, I see them now - maybe (KF discussion begins here) or something for idiots like me.
What do you mean? I'm not sure I understand you, sorry.

Isn't the "...v. Moon" lawsuit frequently cross referenced/cross discussed in the main thread? I don't mean this thread to bar discussion of Viatron matters in the main thread. This should just be super focused on the legal stuff while the main thread can laugh about it all and speculate.

He is alleged to have been kicked out and banned out of numerious brothels.
this is awkward. may i suggest "he is alleged to have been kicked out of and banned from numerous brothels"?

i suggest ending the first sentence after the end parenthesis. new sentence:"they employed greer from december of 2024 until october of 2025, when the events in this case began."
He gave them 10 days to respond or he'd squeel to the feds.
*squeal
And whatever else the court can give him
i suggest mentioning the fact that greee is seeking attorneys' fees, which viatron addresses at some length in their motion.
They never breached any contract, because there were not any agreements. Greer made his '$20,000 and I leave' demand, ViaTRON counteroffered with '$20,000 plus benefits, plus you stay' which Greer rejected and demanded $200,000. The counteroffers and the rejections, ViaTRON argues cannot form a contract, and therefore cannot create a breach.
may i suggest: "viatron never breached any contract, because there was no agreement that could legally be construed as a contract. greer made his '$20,000 and I leave' demand, viatron counter-offered with '$20,000 plus benefits, plus you stay', which greer rejected and then demanded $200,000. viatron argues that, due to these counter-offers and the rejections, a contract did not legally exist, therefore a breach could not have occurred."

I had checked some of the links and they were to courtlistener so I assumed the ones under "Said documents are listed here as follows" were more of the same. Perhaps "The documents are in Russell's thread as follows:"
Done.
Typo; "squeal."
Thanks. Fixed.

Technically it's in the screencap. I'll think on it, but I'll probably insert it at a later date.

Greee always manages to produce more milk. If anything, he could almost justify his own subforum with the sheer number of misadentures he finds himself in - often concurrently.

Am I not recalling correctly or did we not have a brief subforum for Russell before it reverted back to main thread. This would have been years ago now. Probably pre-coof period.

Anyone else recall that or I am confusing droolboy with another idiot?

EDIT-Quick search. Yes, he had a subforum, this post confirms it:

Only someone as fucking stupid as Greer could possibly snatch defeat from the jaws of victory like that.

What the fuck did ViaTRON actually manage to do that made it worth essentially offering him a $20k bonus and continued employment in exchange for not blowing the whistle, versus risking exposure and litigation over it? If all they do is store/warehouse documents for private parties (companies, lawyers, randos, etc.), surely they'd have insurance of some kind to cover damages from accidental disclosures. Apart from doing something absurdly stupid like "oh hi, random customers, here's the keys to the building, go nuts looking for your paperwork, be good and don't snoop on anybody else's, lock up when you're done and we'll get the keys from you on Saturday on the golf course!" what can such a company even do to bring any kind of hammer down upon itself?

Also fucking lol JFC Greer, you're dumb. You take the fuckin' money and bank it, immediately start hunting for new work (because they will be looking for ways to fire you and/or fuck you if possible), and celebrate the win with a nice sip of whiskey. You don't try to parlay it into a 10x jackpot when you've already "won." Fucking moron.

Greed makes people do stupid things already, but it's especially funny when it's got an absurdly stupid person in a death grip. He's got a deeper greed than I think I've seen in just about anybody. Maybe the Somalians in Minnesota are greedier, but they almost feel like they're more "lazy" than "greedy." Greer just wants to squeeze every dime he can out of everyone he meets. And he's really fucking bad at it. :story:

Shit, it seems to me that they probably have high enough turnover that they figured it was worth it to kick him $20 gs under the table to keep him happy, retain him, and avoid a bullshit case. Sometimes with busy work positions like that finding a retard is the holy grail because it's the best they can do in life and they'll stay on the job for years accepting a nickel raise every year and no benefits. They were literally willing to suck him his penis and he fucked it all up. What a fucking imbecile. I know Russ is legendarily stupid and one of the biggest pieces of shit on the planet, but this is jaw dropping. Lol, lmao.

I think this thread will have great potential when ViaTRON seeks a criminal complaint. I vote yay.

made it worth essentially offering him a $20k bonus and continued employment in exchange for not blowing the whistle
They wanted him to come back to work because it puts a punctuation at the end of the affair. If he were to later sue over it, having him resuming work makes a lot of possible claims Greer could make DOA. If he got the money and then stopped working, it opens up a ton of claims he could try to make about him being fired over it.

Apparently that's how ADA litigation works in California where ViaTRON is based, the system encourages repeated nuisance lawsuits over tiny issues, and paying them off is just how the game is played.
