The "it's caused by hormones so it's natural/the same as cis" argument always makes me mati whenever I see it. I didn't grow tits by having to ingest or inject various hormones. It happened naturally growing up. Yes, taking birth control can give some women bigger boobs so the body is not immutable, I'll give them that, but those women would still have breasts without it. This is like saying someone getting bigger muscles from taking steroids is naturally buff. Don't think that counts because it's not a sex hormone? Ok, then a male mma fighter duping with testosterone injections isn't cheating because his puberty involved testosterone too so that's clearly his "natural" musculature.

To play Devil's Advocate: if I were male in men's size 12 high heels: and I earnestly cared about the cause of the Palestinian People, I would say nothing, or be true to myself and enthusiastically support Israel like "Brianna Wu", since without Israel, without endless unmoderated pornography on the freeweb, without next-day shipping of dozens of synthetic hormone drugs. It seems to me like it's a short somewhat stocky girl who is using face filters via FaceTune or Snapchat and the like, especially with there never being videos.
The genitals look normal to me, and the nipples have that distinct elongated ovate shape you see with mastectomies, and the hands are stubby and chubby, certainly not something that fits with the chiseled jaw.
Speaking of the jaw, there are some discrepancies that don't really make sense:
I've noticed a lot of insecure people whose entire lives are online use these apps to distort their faces in a way that make them more conventionally attractive, but it often has tells, especially once you get used to identifying it. One of the common traits is that it can't entirely eliminate chubbiness around the jaw or a double chin unless the subject angles themselves just right. In some other photos her eyes are too bright and intense, that's another thing the filters often do. There are even body filters some people use which could help broaden one's shoulders and abdomen in a more masculine-looking way. I'm kind of surprised more troons don't use the face filters, but then I guess the shock upon looking in a mirror and seeing their real horrifying faces again might push them over the suicidal edge.
Note the way her chin indents in the first photo on the left side of the image, the way her neck has several 'rolls' that just sort of disappear in the middle of her neck (because the filter's struggling to delete her double or triple chin), the strange way her stubble is growing on her stretched out ear in the second photo and how something just doesn't seem right with the shirt collar and jaw, and you can even see her phone screen is an entirely different picture, it appears to be a direct-on mirror selfie instead of the photo she's supposedly taking. You can see how her normally chiseled jawline is non-existent on the left of the third image; someone with the jawline she purports to have should only have it disappear to that degree if they are tucking their chin back against their neck for a laugh, but she clearly isn't.
I propose that it's a pooner who had a mastectomy and takes testosterone, but uses one or several of these face filter apps to completely change herself into someone who looks masculine. She's certainly online enough to put in that kind of effort, and I think it's the easiest explanation.

BPD is underdiagnosed with men, and yet a good portion of troons, if not diagnosed outright with Autism or Antisocial or NPD, are diagnosed with psychotic mood disorders such as Schizoaffective Disorder and Bipolar.
However, I think a lot of time that shit is misdiagnosed as psychosis is prevalent with BPDs as well, same with NPDs. There are so many men in general who are diagnosed as Autism or with a psychotic disorder when they are self aware and mentally capable enough to utilize it to pretend to be incompetent, which should immediately disqualify them from having a diagnosis such as Autism in particular.
The best example I can think of is SnakeThing. If you don't know who SnakeThing was (bless your soul), he has a thread on KF. He was involved with the Telgram leak exposing a Zoosadist ring where people would rape and torture animals to death. SnakeThing apparently had such "low functioning Autism" that he couldn't drive and had to be under his familys care, yet was FULLY capable of not only using the internet, but connecting with people and setting up meetings with others where they rape and torture animals.
I do not care what anyone has to say about Autism when it comes to defending how that could be the case, it makes no logical sense. So you can't work a job, you can't be independant when it comes to being a productive member of society, but you can be fully independant when it comes to figuring out how to manipulate /hurt others and cheat the system. You don't understand "social cues" to the point its considered a disability but you can figure out how to connect with others just fine when it comes to meeting up with pedophiles and zoosadists to the point you're able to organize an entire ring dedicated to it.
Meanwhile theres a whole subset of people with the same diagnosis who are more functional yet geninuely don't understand social cues and can't causally meet up with others, can't use the internet that well either. especiallly not in that manner.
