Depending on the severity of the crime and how dangerous you are, they might send you to a mental facility for further psych evaluations. You might be there for a month, you might be there for a year. That's up to the people, who are evaluating your ability to understand the severity of your actions. Having a good/expensive lawyer makes a huge difference, but you have to give them something to work with.

"MuH MeNtaLz" excuse only works, if you are arguing with brain dead retards on social media. Autism, anxiety, aspergers, odd, adhd, fullhd, hdr... that's not a "get out of jail free" card. An insanity plea is not easy to get, but most importantly - it's not a free pass. It's arguably worse, but I digress. You would be surprised how many people who act like they are clinically insane before their sentencing, actually fall in line with the program when they get behind bars.

By the amount of suicidal baiting threats Gabe made to himself, yeah, I think he's an idiot, but not incompetent. When *not if, a criminal trial actually starts, and Gabe is in police custody, trying to pull that "I wanna fucking die card" isn't gonna work with an arresting officer under order of a Prosecutor/Judge with an arrest warrant & affidavit from a cyber crime detective unit.
