I wonder if the bids for it are real or fake. Also why is Chris being such a dick if it does not sell for $100. He should be happy anyone wants to bid for his art. This might be the one time Chris is being smart. He is in a lot of debt and this might be a easy way for him pay it off by selling off art and using his internet infamy to his advantage. Of course though If this picture actually sells and Chris makes a profit he will of course spend it on Legos and video games as he drowns in credit card debt. :alog:

If he made a new comic and only let it go for a ridiculous amount seeing as it'd be photo copied as soon as someone got it, he could stand to make some good cash. There are crazy people out there who will do anything for more content. Or to jizz on something Chris owned and post it to ED.

If he plays his cards right he stands to make more money here than anyone else off his creations. That must be a kick in the side to a real artist.
Chris doesn't have cards, though. He has a Monopoly shoe and a pocket of lint.

Either he'll screw it up or the winning bidder won't pay up.

(looks over text of auction)

Sharty: "If NOT sold for the Buy It Now Price, do not expect full care; it may become folded; crease danger!"

godddammitsomuch, Chris! Don't you have any cardboard that you can use? What about carefully rolling it up and mailing it in a mailing tube?

Even in this one extremely rare moment of you doing something good, and you still could not resist the urge to make greedy demands and threats.

How does Chris manage to utterly ruin each and every single good thing in his life? HOW???

Meh. He just phrases things terribly. If he stopped after saying that if it was bought for the full price he would frame it and bubble wrap it, he would have gotten the same message across more appropriately. I don't think it is super unreasonable to say that he will spend a few bucks to make it nicer if he is making enough from the sale. He just phrased it in a terrible, terrible way.

But I do think that this is a super positive development for Chris. He looked at himself, said "What can I do that people will pay for?" and did it. Who knows where this thinking could lead. Pay for video content? Getting a job? The most likely outcome is he will screw it up somehow, but I enjoy these glimmers of hope?

My prediction for how he screws this up: It turns out he is only selling a version scanned and printed at Kinko's. Once he sells this one, he goes back to Kinko's and prints out another copy of the same drawing. He tries to sell it on ebay for even more this time. When noone bites he rants on facebook.

For me, Chris did indeed improve on his drawing skills considering that he hasn't drawn any Sonichu related in months or years.

If Chris continues to make money from this, I wonder if Chris is gonna continue the comics.

I would genuinely pay up to $20 for the original "MY LOVE QUEST IS FINALLY OVER" image. Too bad it's in ashes at 14 Branchland Ct.

The picture listed on ebay has a copyright date of 3/2000, so there's still a narrow possibility that "MY LOVE QUEST IS FINALLY OVER" survived the fire.

I like to think that Bob had the foresight to buy a huge fire-proof safe, and then shortly after he died, Christian decided to remove all the worthless insurance contracts, ID documents, and stock and bond certificates from the safe to make room for his hand-drawn Sonichu originals.

There's a really great "Go CWC, go out and retail ORIGINAL CREATIONS (DO NOT STEAL) to the extreme," joke in here somewhere but I'm so shocked at this breakthrough by the big lug that I'm going to pass on it and just say I'm glad he's come to his senses and has begun to embrace his infamy in his time of need.

Plus I hope Barb doesn't get one fucking red cent from any sales he makes on this, or in the future, of his art.

He might have continued drawing Sonichu content but never uploaded it. We really do not know though:?:*sigh*

Until the person doesn't pay him

No, I'm guessing that's Chris's stupid habit of dating everything with Sonichu on it as being "(c) 3/17/2000 to now".

Yes, the person he constantly steals from, burnt her house down, and is constantly a drain on resources is the one who deserves nothing. He committed credit card fraud in her name and has a longstanding tradition of stealing from her purse. Awesome line of thought, bra

If he tries to pull a stunt like that, then he's going to find out the hard way how much eBay and Paypal (they're pretty much both the same company anyway) will crack down on him hard.

I wonder if Chris knows that eBay is going to want a slice of that $100 pie in fees BTW? Between the PP fees and the auction fees, will Chris claim that he didn't get his full $100 and carry out his threat to sabotage the mailing anyway?

...snickers at the pun of using "bra" when talking about the only thing on Earth that supports Chris.

You type all that like his mom hasn't been the omnipresent tailwind in the constant dragging down of his prospects in life from the moment he was conceived, not-:alog:.

Besides, all that money belongs to Snyder rightfully, not fucking :snorlax:.
