And Sophie blasted Lagoona on here for being into mere literature and music, and enjoying those hobbies, rather than "branching out into science and the occult," indeed accusing her of enjoying literature and music simply to seem more female. No one can really enjoy something Sophie doesn't. There must be a plot behind such nefarious behavior!

The Goethe-Institut (Goethe Institute) tries to install public libraries with German cultural assets in every country - no matter how crazy the leader is. So of course they had a pretty large library in Pyongyang. It dates back to East-German connections they once had (and even the GDR deemed North Korea as irredeemable batshit insane, which clearly says something). This library was the only source for any knowledge that wasn't censored by North Korea. But the Kims didn't even allowed their elite to consume those books, papers, films, music and what not, so the Goethe-Institut decided to close that library in 2009 and told the Kims to fuck off.

And really - it takes much to annoy the Goethe-Institut.
