Yeah as far as I know Chin never interacted with him directly. All he does is archive him.

I watched one of AntiMatterMorty’s videos covering some of the leaks and he said Chin, Bludspeth, and Solidus got a voice actress to dub over the minor’s voice in order to protect her privacy.
