Russell Greer vs. Viatron Corporation, A-26-937678-C

*The court has a chance to explain on his behalf because he gets nervous speaking in public due to his gimpy face and forgets to do it properly.

He tells the judge she's wrong and that he knows the law better than she does, but also he needs her to hold his hand and make his arguments for him if he forgets. I'm sure she enjoyed denying his appeal.

I would assume this means that the Judge has a question or two for one or both sides.
This should be fun then, he's always botched oral argument and he'll be even less prepared than usual thanks to ChatGreeeePT writing the filings for him.

Does Nevada state court have the same 'no recording, no exceptions' rule as the District Court in Utah?

ETA: Geoff claimed that ViaTRON was looking into filing a civil suit against Russ over the demand emails. Which state would have jurisdiction, and if the answer includes 'Nevada' could the suit be filed as a counterclaim in this case?

Asked Leo and it spat out this:
Nevada state courts do not have a blanket "no recording, no exceptions" rule. The rules governing recording in court proceedings are specific and allow for electronic coverage under certain conditions.

Courtroom Recording Rules (Nevada Supreme Court Rules Part IV):

  • Electronic coverage (e.g., video, audio, photography) is prohibited without the express permission of the presiding judge.
  • News reporters seeking to record or broadcast a proceeding must file a written request at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The judge has discretion to approve or deny permission based on factors like the impact on a fair trial, privacy rights, safety, and the dignity of the proceedings.
  • There is a presumption in favor of electronic coverage for public proceedings, but this can be overridden by the judge’s findings.
  • Only one video camera and one still photographer are allowed at a time (unless otherwise authorized), and they must follow strict guidelines on placement and noise.
So if we could have someone register as a reporter (call it Kiwi Investigations or something) and they could film or just audio record.

Imagine a judge having an actual hearing after a little over a month, unlike those fruitcakes Barlow and Bennett.

Yet Russ was exceptionally eager to speak in public at the Winnemucca council meeting, where he got to explain his plights in trying to demand he be given property zoned for a brothel. Strange how he doesn’t forget what he wanted to say or feel so nervous about his DISABILITY then.

I would imagine a civil suit could be brought in Nevada. They have an entire office that does business in Nevada, that should more than be enough to establish the right to bring it in that jurisdiction.

Remember, Russell is a low-functioning narcissist. He's trying to emotionally manipulate the judge into giving him what he wants- a "hearing" where he can use ChatGPT to make his arguments for him. For better or for worse, he's realized he needs the veneer of intelligence ChatGPT gives him.

Is Russ registered with the electric filing system? If they have to serve it to him by mail there’s a very good chance he won’t even show up because his address will be wrong.

That would be hilarious.

The problem is, he can't use GreePT in a hearing, he can have stuff ready in advance, but it can't possibly cover all the potential angles. It will expose him for being the AI fraud that he is.

Especially against the professional, high-power Jew lawyers Viatron no doubt has in their corner. They'll be able to talk circles around Russ and come at him from angles he never even considered possible. It will be like a quadriplegic Kindergartener getting wheeled into the ring to go mano-a-mano with Butterbean: a massacre.

We already saw a hint of this with the AGT suit, and how Greee was completely rinsed by Fremantle's counsel without even setting foot into a courtroom.

Dare I say there will be blood?

All he "learned" from that encounter was "If I initiate the arbitration, I win." His cargo cult brain can't comprehend that he loses every single time because he is wrong, not because he's disabled or didn't do the "spell" right.
