I find it very funny how Rekieta continues to cope about Josh and the Farms. How he claims he tried to “help” Josh, as if his help were worth anything. Word games usually. When Nick says someone lied about something, he has managed to find a word misplaced that doesn't change the overall situation, but he clutches to.

He also uses the method in his stories in reverse. Like on a recent stream he claimed that the state refused to retest after the cocaine test result and then said he had a recording of it, but he doesn't see the point in releasing it.

You need to pick out the lie or lies. In my point of view, the state outright refusing to retest on such a high result would be weird and would bolster Nick's version of events. Yet Nick sees no point in releasing it. So, does it exist? If it exists, does it show what he says? Or is there another recording of something unrelated that he smuggled into this conversation? You can be sure he has a way out and is sble to say "I never said I had an actual recording of the state/cps refusing outrught to retest my daughter"

It can be that sometimes, but I am speaking more about the times he doesn't even bother to do that. The cases where he just says people are lying without specifying how... at all.

For example, in the tweet I was quoting, he accuses Null of saying "a bunch of false stuff." No further elaboration given. He's done this with a lot of other people too (i.e. me).

I think it's in those cases you can assume whomever he is talking about was pretty much bang on with whatever they said. And he doesn't want to draw more attention to it.
