Possibly, but I think it's worth considering that his Gina fantasy ultimately points back to the same source as his 'forced creampie' fetish. I suspect it comes from his wife being so thoroughly sexually unattracted to him, he has begun to fantasize about an aggressive, domineering woman to provide that which he lacks - female interest.

The once-a-month-at-best he gets his wife on all fours (because let's be real, there's 0 chance she survives with him on top, and some sort of cowgirl-esque position requires her to put in the work which no woman would do for Jer because that involves having to see his physical form in a sexual context [not even prostitutes, see boogie for example]) and it isn't enough for him.
