This is probably the funniest thing straight people tell one another about gay people. I don't think it works like that? It's not like pregnancy or birth overdo the muscles that hold up the contents of the bowels and bladder since it won't pass through either of those. If this were a problem, you'd hear much more about it in historical record surely.

I've definitely heard of minor urinary incontinence after birth but idk if it's common or permanent

It's probably the muscles for the bladder having to recover after birth, but considering it's not the urinary tract itself being stretched and only for birth, I assume it's recoverable.

This reminds me of a story from high school.
