Stop the presses everyone, something actually happened (maybe)
Digi says that he was arrested and held overnight in a jail cell. He claims the charge is "assault on a family member". Which he received because of a public domestic dispute he had with Bird.

I find it interesting the way that Digi recounts the story of the incident.
but he's the one with a family abuse charge?
According to Digi, the jail didn't put him in with anyone else because they didn't know what to do with a tranny.
Digi actually gave out a lot of information about this event outside of the voice note. It seems as if the incident happened sometime in January or possibly late-December.
He says that they were camping near Montross Virginia.
Montross is Westmoreland county, and is very small. The jail that serves the area is in a different county. The Northern Neck Regional Jail is on the outskirts of Warsaw, Virginia in the Richmond County. Website. Digi confirms the location of his jail as well.
Another sinister part to this story is that it seems that Bird is now working for Digi's Dad as a car salesman.
Bird now lives with Digi's family and his ability to provide for himself is now dependent on Digi's family as well.
According to Digi's own words, he A. has been abusive to Bird in the past; and B. he is prone to violent emotional outbursts on a monthly basis. I can't help but think that Bird is putting himself in an awful situation where he cannot easily leave Digi if he does continue to get abused. Stupid is as stupid does.
Now Digi, you say that Bird is so great and that you are so happy. If that is the case, why did you physically abuse Bird?

All of this is Digi's word. I do not have any official confirmation of the arrest happening. While I do find it unlikely that this story is all a lie, there is a non-zero probability of it being entirely false.

I find it interesting the way that Digi recounts the story of the incident.
- They were at a public campground.
- It's all "we" were fighting. "Both" of us drank too much.
- He then says Bird left momentarily and in the meantime Digi got "blackout drunk" yet he is still able to recount the events leading to his arrest with enough certainty that he can shift blame off of himself.
- They were arguing/fighting so loudly and for so long that other campers said that they were going to call the police if they didn't stop. This did not stop Digi, in fact he apparently antagonized them.
- "at some point Bird was trying to get me out of the car and I grabbed him by the hair, and he shouted "You're pulling on my hair". I think he is intentionally making himself into a passive participant in this story, or including Bird's actions as if they somehow justify his actions. This will be pervasive throughout his telling of the event and will likely continue through any retellings.
- When the police arrived, the fight was on the come down. Digi and Bird are questioned.
- The cop asks Digi "did you pull his hair?" to which Digi responds "idk maybe [or something like that]". The cop asks him again and Digi says "Well I guess that must've happened or else I'm going to be lying".
- He is then arrested and taken into a holding cell where he is not very comfortable
- The aftermath is that Digi must now take a "Batterer's Intervention Program" for 6 months, which I guess is a program designed for domestic abusers. And he must complete this program to drop his charge.
- Digi also admits that he has near-monthly violent outbursts, usually fueled by alcohol or weed.
