KF Guide to Woke Games

How is body types, aka the rejection of biological reality, only a Mild?
look at something like dustborn and your whole scale on gay shit unlocks a new level you never thought possible, THAT pushes back other shit to Mild.

If the opening of your game doesn't have a song of trans positive browns saying "we will replace you"
and in that same song rhyme "new born" with "new porn" that shit is MILD.
It's VITAL that people here watch dustborn to have an actual frame of reference beyond JUST denial of biology.

TLDR:

Then what is the standard we're using to decide these rating? Is it decided based on a game's own merits and a list of desirable/undesirable traits? Or are rating merely a comparison to whether it is more or less gay than Dustborn? If rating are meant to compare all games to Dustborn then mild, moderate, and heavy are completely meaningless terms.

It feels like this is just lowering our standards. Just because Dustborn raised the ceiling for the amount of faggotry that can be packaged into one game, doesn't mean that an intentional decision to validate faggots their politics is any less egregious.

It's another thing I genuinely do not understand in media in general. You want to be disabled in D&D and have a normal ass wheelchair? Why not just cure your handicap with magic or a potion.
You answered your own question right before that. Being disabled makes them special. Of course it'd be nice to be fully-functional, but then they'd just be like anybody else.

there's a clear difference between one menu being gay, vs the ENTIRE foundation of the game being gay.

you could hypothetically patch out pronouns, you can't patch the gay out of shit like concord or dustborn.
The gay shit is in the story, the design, the music and even the gameplay, like dustborn's gaslighting mechanics being used to erase any conservative thoughts in the game.
standards are not lowering, things are just getting so much worse and we've yet to see how bad things can get.

I already don't touch anything with pronoun shit. pushing that to mild is just a indicator of how shitty things are,

Fuck no, I am not ceding ground just because my opposition pushes even gayer slop.

I would also add the body type stuff is a good indicator where the dev’s heads are at, and where the series is most likely going. It’s deceptively small as in, yeah, it’s one menu, but why can’t you acknowledge male and female? If it doesn’t matter, don’t change it, especially because type A/B is purely political nonsense, it has no basis in anything else.

I noticed that Anita Sarkeesian is listed as a consultant in Slay the Spire 2's credits. I thought it was weird that Mega Crit made the Silent's skin noticeably darker this time around. Hopefully Anita's influence is minimal.

I look at the tvtropes out of morbid curiosity but seemingly nothing outright, though with Anita it's more about making every female look unattractive than "newer" adding faggots and niggers (which is the reason why she disappeared).

I haven't played the original but it sounds very reddit quirky design.

For what's it worth, i have played STS2 for some hours now and so far i would classify it as none.

there's still some lore i have to unlock, but i doubt it will have some woke twist ahead

Anyone take a look at The Long Dark? Episodic survival game set in Northern Canada, final episode gets released at the end of this month. Holding off on making a review so far, but... it seems fairly woke from what I've seen so far. Main story is about two survivors - pilot Will Mackenzie and freelance doctor Astrid Greenwood, former couple - whose plane crashes in the wilderness of Great Bear island, which has been going through a complete economic collapse. A mysterious aurora has resulted in all electronic equipment shutting off and the wildlife to go crazy hostile, forcing the two survivors to separately travel to a village up north to reunite, all the while dealing with both hostile wildlife and a bunch of escaped prisoners from the local jail. Not to mention, the aurora causes all electrical equipment to come to life and go haywire at night, making survival a bit more complex.

In terms of characters... Will is fairly decent, Astrid is a bit rude but has some justification (watched a bunch of civilians get burned alive will do that to you), NPCs are more mixed, though. The prison warden, bear hunter and local priest are shown as sympathetic, the prisoners are pretty stereotypically evil (and mostly white), the blind old lady that Will meets in Chapter 1 is shown to be tragic and has actual layers to her character (her age and disabilities are shown realistically and as legit issues), and old man Methuselah is... annoyingly cryptic. However, Episode 3 has Astrid dealing with Molly, a feminist serial killer who wants to slaughter men because her husband was abusive (though the game doesn't admittedly treat her as wholly likable for it), while Will in Chapter 4 has to deal with Jace, a rather girlbossy black woman who apparently knows all about the aurora, and somehow managed to hack the prison systems in the daytime (despite that being hammered in as legit impossible previously) to impede the prisoners from rescuing some guy who's played up as the "ultimate evil" or some shit.

Bear in mind, the game forces Will to help or kill a prisoner earlier, and killing the guy (after he legit bragged about setting women and children on fire, nonetheless) is treated as the worse option, narratively.

I'm going to wait until the last Episode drops and I can watch it all the way through, but... I'm not exactly expecting anything good so far. Jace and Molly really aren't great, the former especially.

Oh ffs, how is this creature still relevant. Seeing people point out her and others influence on the industry only to have people go "lol why do you care/disconnect from the rage machine already/you're just mad because xyz) is just...I know I shouldn't be surprised by these retards but c'mon man. Its very clear that people like her and her ilk have near singlehandedly ruined male dominated (even a lot of female dominated) hobbies as a whole yet morons will not only turn a blind eye but get mad at you for getting mad and not turning a blind eye.
I know these "people" (far-leftists) are infamous for pretending to not understand why people have a problem with this shit but they could at least try to come up with better arguments, it irritates me greatly. They shove shit in people faces that just want to enjoy their hobby and demonize you for not wanting it.
I know I'm sperging too hard about a single person, but it always starts with a single person. So far I don't see anything particularly "wrong" with the game so I hope that continues. Haven't really read the lore yet as I want to unlock it all before I read them, maybe there's some shit in the Silent's lore but who knows.

Oh wow, haven't heard of that game in a long (heh) time. There was this shitshow that happened a while back but for the life of me I can't recall. Right now the developers are deleting any little bit of criticism wherever they can find it which may be related to the aforementioned drama. Seriously they'll delete threads and then continue to delete comments in the deleted thread iirc, that's how much they'll censor criticism.

Yeah, the game's been in-progress for about a decade at this point; the community is more than ready for it to be over with. I think the controversy you mentioned was that the devs were supporting some facet of left-wing bullshit; which one, I can't remember, it's been years since I properly myself.

I actually saw people say this isn't political. Yes, so all media is political...except this, apparently.
"This isn't political, this is a depiction of events that have actually happened in real life! Stop trying to suppress the truth because of your own systemic biases, okay?!"

(points out the clearly anachronistic elements which are meant to bring to mind current-day politics and situations)

"Look, this is just our interpretation of these sorts of things, alright?! Don't get so bent out of shape over a little creative expression--what, are you some kind of book-burning fascist now?!"

They're not really that dumb, they're just relying on strategies from their decades-old playbook. Don't get distracted, don't get upset, don't give them ammunition to use against you...

Sounds grizzly.

The bears can and will fuck you up, so you're not wrong!

it's still not fully out? i played it like 6 years ago, looking online it started in 2014 how has it taken this long to finish?

I've genuinely have no fucking clue; I think part of the reason in recent years was because of COVID, but that doesn't explain the rest of it. I heard that this last episode is supposed to be MASSIVE, but... I'm not convinced as of yet.

I found this woke DEI BS in the new Thomas & Friends: Wonders of Sodor game. The game is set in 1945 to 1950 England, and you have a black woman put in there as character choice for the train driver. As that wasnt stupid enough, you also have a black woman NPC on the train station. That is dressed up in a mans clothing with a female hat holding a suitcase. These woke fuckers have no shame, how petty you gotta be to put this woke DEI trash in a Thomas game. Fucking unbelievable!!

We should tick it upward for having completely unstylized character models. Even a Pixar bean mouth would be a better fit than these Fallout-wannabe asset flips. Nobody, not even trooned out aspies, asked for having grim faced "realistic" men in a Thomas game.

LMAO it looks like a shitty asset flip. It looks worse than mods that add Thomas the tank engine to Skyrim/whatever game you want to play with him in.
