Mega Rad Gun Thread

What's the best current HD ammo options for a 14.5, 1:9 barrel?
Recently switched from my 11.5 AR running Federal ND55664 (my rifle loved that stuff and I wish I had bought anther case or two when it was cheap) to my 14.5 AUG (smaller OAL with the suppressor).
I'd been running the 11.5 for years so I really don't know where to start with 14.5 barrels.
Any help much appreciated.
IMO, the primary benefits to anything but 55gr ball (M855 for barrier penetration and Mk262 for better long range ballistics) are sort of moot in a HD scenario and 1:9 pairs better with 55gr anyway, so I'd probably stick with plain old M193.

A 0.15” thinner gun makes no meaningful impact on concealment. It does however make the gun worse to shoot.
I have 19s and know other people with 19s but my 48 and my friend's 48 feel way nicer to hold and shoot exactly the same as far as I can tell. None of my 19s have Glock®©™ slides and with a red dot on them I believe they still weigh less than a 48 slide

Does anyone have a NFA trust? Im trying to find out if one person in the trust buys something can someone else in the trust pick it up from the FFL?
Ask an ATTORNEY not internet retards.

You ever see a handmade short stroke piston AK conversion for IPSC rifle shooting

This is autistic.

Thinking of an antithesis to a mall ninja, check out this classy lady. 🤠

Sticking to CAS, that's some sweet looking revolver fanning.

What does this even mean? Do you have baby hands?

What metric are you using to quantify that statement? Performance shooting is negatively impacted by smaller guns and less grip area for your support hand.

Nah size L gloves nigga, should've just asked your mom, she's pretty familiar with them

Like I'm able to get back on target in about the same time, groups are close enough for red dot/not a red dot and there's really nothing notable between the two besides G19s are more blocky and sharp edged and feel wastefully fat for what they do :null:
Same grip length as the 19 which is about the minimum length for a "full" grip so it doesn't suck shit like the G26 or G43 do.
Like maybe some competition dude could maybe tell a difference but it's close enough I don't notice anything besides it's more comfortable to hold and carry.
Basically I just want Glock to make their own steel mags for the G48 and a FUCKING DIRECT MOUNT RED DOT YOU FUCKING USELESS KIKES pls Glock I'd really like it if you did that that'd be really cool I bet

PSA has a mark IV on sale for about 330 and it's looking like i won't be able to resist its wiles.

edit: i could not resist the wiles of the mark IV

The next push for panic-buying ammunition has begun. Industry retards on Twitter are claiming distributors are out of FMJ and component prices are going up/facing shipping restrictions.
Apparently this is what we get for not paying double-fuckoff prices during the Trump slump.

I hate to go ackhually here, but how do you get extraction issues with a simple blowback? Are you talking about extracting unfired rounds?
When it gets really dirty a 22 in general and in my experience ruger in particular tends to start not grabbing the casing. There are a lot of after market extractor and bolt options that largely fix this.

It doesn't help we haven't corrected our supply chain issues that COVID brought to our attention and Ukraine is eating up a lot of ammo production.

I think there's a level of malicious retardation at play that secretly enjoys continuing these precarious supply lines from China, as if we give a fuck if each round of Federal plinking ammo is dipped in the musk of a sacred albino bat before it's considered range ready.
