My favorite thing is to go on GunBroker to see all the overpriced parts kits I really want, but cannot buy, and even if I do buy them, would almost certainly leave in the attic.
On a related note, do you think we will see a decrease in the price of parts kits once the boomers start dying off?

It depends. Less desirable kits like BREN and Madsen kits don't have much value, HMG kits are priced high due to size alone and anything remotely tubegun/bent flat receiver will be priced out the ass due to the speculative market pushing "easy" kits on retards.

sure, if enough liberals move there. but it is unlikely. Idaho is the 3rd reddest state in the union only behind West Virginia and Wyoming. Kamala only got 30% of the vote and 2 counties. If i ever have to move out of the south it is to Idaho or Wyoming i shall go.

I'd look for Montana to go before Idaho as there are lots of rich Californians moving there, but it is still years off at any rate. Trump still got nearly 60% of the vote.

Yeah I still remember when Obama's EPA shut down the last lead smelter and his administration forced a flag officer to testify in front of congress that this had no impact on the munitions they used to fight with, nevermind what they actually need to train with is regular lead ball ammo.

This was all designed just like the current gun control bills being rammed through different states.

I had a spare Ruger Mk some years back, got rid of it to make more space. I regret that now, since I could remove the extractor from it and test how much it impacts extraction when firing. So I remain skeptical.

Reminder that Missoula voted a troon into state office, and I can absolutely confirm the Californians moving there: I have a real estate agent in the family who mentioned that so many people were moving there and buying shit that not only were prices going up retardedly relative to the norm, but the quality of renovation work was taking a nosedive due to excess demand and insufficient skilled supply.

That was over 3 years ago.

The Californians buying land in Montana are the ultra wealthy who fancy the idea of owning a hobby ranch. A good chunk will sell in a few years when they realizing it’s a bigger money pit than owning a yacht.

Your state gets fucked when you’re like Colorado and have a large enough city to be hospitable to hipsters and crusties (Denver).
