Probably should have clarified it would be on a hypothetical, where students would have to pick out points of contention and errors in law. They typically contain at least one character who thinks they know how the law works and spews legalese and then gets themselves into shit that you have to (hypothetically) try to bail them out of.

I'm going into my second year of law school. That's not how a typical hypo works.

Although, if for some reason, the professor decides to write a exam while suffering from a concussion (or concussion-like symptoms) and includes a hypo like yours, they shouldn't be teaching.

Yet, if your hypo requires an answer: "CWCVille law is not good law."
