even BMEzine castrators said it takes between six to twelve hours of excruciating pain to use elastic banding as a method. If you nope out too soon and remove the band early, you can pretty easily bleed to death. Pain can drive you mad, so it isn't unreasonable to avoid it as a method. It also kills off the scrotum skin. Unless you have some huge doses of opioids I can see why someone might go with hemostats and incisions instead.

balls are surgically removed on farms most of the time, there's even a way you can do it if you know how where you make a small incision at the right spot and kinda pop em out and cut the "stem", I watched a vet do it to a barn cat real quick and was also there for when our goats had it so many years ago, you can't give goats full anesthesia so they are awake during it. Anyway, less suffering for the animal that way than bands. But some farmers I guess don't have the time to watch over where it's healing I guess.

Did he get paid to film this? The fat that he’s handing out the video for free suggests “no” but… why tape it. Thats the most dystopian part when he was done cutting his own balls out with a craft knife he stopped the recording with his bloodied hands and put up the camera before calling emergency services to haul him off to his post Soviet shithole ER.

Once you've hated yourself enough to cut away pieces of your own body, the only way out is to stop. I think they all probably have bad days where they avoid reminders of their past decisions, but if they were still at war with their bodies, they wouldn't have detransitioned. I've seen videos about people who lost limbs and stuff through addiction but later recovered, and I imagine the daily grind is similar. You just have to call a truce with yourself. Accept how things are, understand what led you to this point, and practice neutrality towards the parts of yourself that you intentionally damaged. Otherwise you'd go crazy.
 
Just a quick update today as I've much to do! But don't worry, I've still got many horrors to share, so hopefully this snack will tide everyone over.

Walking Linkin Park discography made human Veinscrawler has one more miserable complication to add to the laundry list of laments that he has post-dick demolition: he now pisses blood! And with this new development underway, the ordeal of living the rest of his life like this has him making plans to kill himself within 2 years' time if things do not improve, thus proving the efficacy and necessity of transition care as a form of treatment for gender dysphoria.

Has anyone ever undergone nullification after undergoing vulvoplasty?

At this point, I would rather just have the remaining melded together mishmash of flesh between my legs removed entirely. Anything to stop the chronic pain and other complications. But I don't have enough residual skin to close the uneven gap, and I don't want to use a skin graft from elsewhere on my body. I want just a single scar that follows the line of my raphe.

Is there a way to achieve that using rotating flaps and/or tissue expansion?

Results of a Wittenberg full depth vaginoplasty at 4 months post op (no vaginal canal!!!!) ​

This is what a Wittenberg full depth vaginoplasty looks like at 4 months post op!! Plus the add prize of an ostomy bag due to the rectal vaginal fistula she gave me after she ruptured my rectum during surgery due to her incompetence!!!

I will not be able to have sexual intercourse for at least 2-4 years depending on healing and if my employer funded insurance continues to drop providers like it’s currently doing now.

This is the most horrific of surgical outcomes I have had in my life after 8 previous surgeries!! I now have at least 4 more to make my body functional like it should have been if the failure of a human Wittenberg had actually done her fucking job!!

Wittenberg is not the master surgeon she claims to be on her website and her post op care is nothing but her PA Grace Banks of Traverse City Michigan fame gaslighting patients that Wittenberg is “only human” and fistulas and 3 inch vaginas are ok and and many women enjoy them post operatively!

I would recommend anyone that has been hurt, damaged and/or had horrible post op care from this incompetent team of assholes at once file a complaint with their insurance company and the California medical board!

The process is easy and fast it will ensure that insurance companies drop her from use and save people lives! Also the medical board will provide protection by releasing public letters about her transgressions so people will not have to go through the horror that I and many others have and currently are dealing with!!

Who wants to not be able to have sex after going through a painful and traumatic procedure that she causes a failure while conducting and also must empty a bag of shit every day because Wittenberg is an incompetent asshole!!

Once she damages you she does not care about you! It does not affect her life if you can’t have sex but she can fuck her partner every day of if she can take a shot like a human being instead of having to deal with a bag of shit on your abdomen day and night!!!

Do not give Wittenberg any more money or lives lost because she is not a caring human unless she happens to have a successful surgery which from what I have seen is very few!

miserable about my ffs results 1.5 years later. don't know what to do anymore. ​

i'm becoming severely mentally unwell over my dysphoria with my ffs results and i don't know what to do anymore.

my face looks so weird, i feel like i was botched with my jaw shave when looking at my mid face

my lower third is so condensed and sagging

my eyes are so recessed and hooded

my hairline is way too angular

i barely have any upper lip

i've heard people mention that further enhancements are considered beautification surgery, but beauty is everything for trans women in our society. and while i do pass irl over half of the time, i'm still miserable. there is a difect overlap with femininity and beauty and people just see me as a confusing looking girl. i'm not pretty, so people treat me like trash. more importantly, with the way my face is built i just don't see myself as a physically passing girl.

i really feel like i should get revisions but i don't know what to get. i don't want to be ugly, and i want a more transformative result from my ffs.
