I hate working on Sundays.

My current impressions listening in:

-they invested a lot into the shop and it's obviously one of those ideas where they got the concept and stopped. They have not thought out the economy of it at all, and I expect it to fall apart in the first week. Especially with them taking the most basic essentials like food and toiletries.

-Bezos is already the worst Fish ever, I want him to be tortured and suffer worse than the Jeet. I expect him to be like Rachel where he thinks he's equal to production, but has the weakest constitution of them all.

-Mohammed is a good type of weirdo for the show, I don't like him yet but he's a good choice.

-All the women are beat. I would approve but it just means they have simp bait coming.

-So far audio is good. I'm not sure where people are most of the time because I'm listening on headphones, but I can hear everyone and I know they've been in the big room at points, so that's good.

Bezo got extremely lucky that his was simply the first Fishtank discord, so it grew exponentially compared to other offshoots. I'm not certain about this, but I think that the discord was previously simply a friend group discord for himself and perhaps his 2b2t buddies, as his core group of friends all had the top admin role on the server despite never being active in the actual chatting or VCs. for a time I had the top message count of anybody on the server and I had never seen the group with the top admin role interact with anybody in any way. so my best guess is that they simply had their own sectioned off part of the discord where they went about their business and the Fishtank stuff was just tacked on top.

the place was actually pretty nice as an alternative chatroom for people that didn't want to give Jet any money, because it was largely unmoderated and Bezo and co. never really injected themselves in the conversations to stop people from committing wrongthink against the production overlords. not until Jet took it over anyway, that's when they "cleaned" the place up and turned it in to a production hugbox. and the main discord wasn't even that degenerate, as the degenerates from the discord were ejected long before Jet took over and joined the FAGC discord (fishtank alternative group chat), created and owned by a nazi LARPer whose name escapes me right now, you may have seen them advertising their disgusting fag-infested discord full of trannies and other dregs of society before. I can't really emphasize how subhuman the population of that server is, imagine a hundred CryoKeens sharing a chatroom.

there are other offshoot discords as well, there's one created by the people that got banned by Jet/Bezo in the ban wave that came with production taking over the official discord, I bet they are having a blast talking shit about this guy right now. but that discord is also owned by a mentally handicapped retard and his cronies who time out and ban people on a whim (something that even Bezo's official discord never did). there really isn't any more fishtank discord's with sufficiently active communities that don't have some flavor of retard running them. it's why I left all that discord shit behind a year ago and haven't looked back, better off not chatting at all.

I don't know if this is useful information to anybody, but might as well log it here for anybody curious, or if it's relevant later...
 
when did they start not hiding the name of the show/ not caring if the fish know about it? i thought that was the whole premise. seems like it defeats the purpose of all of it, if some fish/all fish know about the show or are aware and/or familiar with it. kinda fuckin gay tbh.

Turbonormie theater kid. This is 100% one of the people they got from that Backstage ad. At least this time they didn't gaslight about the kind of show it is so if he can't handle it he has no one but himself to blame.

I don't remember them ever saying that's the reason, the contracts were examined by a legal team and definitely written in a way where this would not bite them back in the ass, otherwise it would have already happened, that Brandon guy that Sam kicked off would have definitely gone for it if there was anything there. Occam's razor dictates that the far more likely explanation is that it was too much work to create such a mirage and production are a bunch of lazy faggots like always, not realizing that the Famous House dupe was the best bit that Fishtank ever had.
