Apparently he was just some slaver, ala Metzger from Fallout 2. It is implied there wasn't just "one" Caesar either and it was more of a title for the given leader of the organization. Not sure what the deal was with the Roman larping then, maybe there were plans for that, but at least Obsidian made good use of that theme. It's a shame we never got Daughters of Hecate introduced into the canon proper, now that was an interesting faction of raiders, and an all-female one allied with The Legion too.

The only way to enjoy fallout equestria is if you were a former brony and nothing else. If you ever see a fallout fan recommend it they are too autistic to understand that, especially since friendship is magic isn't on the air anymore and ponies aren't everywhere already anymore.

Seems to imply that its a legion without a direct source to the original roman inspiration and is now finding inspiration in someones interpretation ie the original caesar

They are worth checking out i highly recommend. The second one is set during covid tho so if you just flat out hate reminders of that time you'll hate the opening act but it's one of few movies that i wouldn't mind being part of the cultural remnants from the lockdown era

If you haven't, try Arcanum (made by some of the first Fallout devs) or Lionheart (uses classic SPECIAL system). If it's about post-apocalypse, Underrail and Atom RPG are decent.
If it's specifically Fallout, Sonora, Nevada and Resurrection (in this order) tc mods are very good. Olympus 2207 is also good but it's not set in Fallout universe, just a very similar one.
