Minister 'horrified' foster children were living with triple killer Regina Arthurell​

A NSW government department had known since December that two foster children were living under the same roof as a triple killer in Western Sydney, but did not address the situation until this week.

Minister for Families and Communities Kate Washington made the admission on radio station 2GB, saying the mistake was the worst she had seen in her time in the portfolio.

Ms Washington said it was "entirely unacceptable".

"It should never have happened and I'm deeply apologetic for what has happened," she told host Ben Fordham.

A listener alerted the radio station that the children, aged 12 and 14, had been living in the same home as 79-year-old Regina Arthurell.

The triple killer was formerly known as Reginald Arthurell.

In 1995, Arthurell murdered a former partner by beating her in the back of the head with a piece of wood.

Arthurell had been convicted of manslaughter on two previous occasions.

While Ms Washington only became aware of the matter in recent days, she said her department had known for months.

"The department was made aware of the situation in late December, and some very poor decisions were made at that time," she said.

"I wish I could turn back the clock, but I can't,"

According to the government, Arthurell left the home in which the children were living, and is now in private accommodation.

Investigation into 'whole timeline'​

Ms Washington said the Department of Communities and Justice had launched a review.

"This review is going to go through the whole timeline," she said.

"Who knew what when? And who made what decisions when?

"Because obviously it is very clear that very poor decisions were made through this process."

Asked if she had seen a mistake this big in her portfolio, Ms Washington said: "No, I haven't. I could not have been more shocked and horrified."

Michael Tidball, secretary of the Department of Communities and Justice, told a parliamentary budget estimates hearing he would conduct the review.

He said he became aware of the issue on Monday and had started making phone calls to ascertain where the failure occurred.

"I will do a proper review [and] I'll do it as quickly as I can," he said.

He said he did not want to put a definite timeframe on the review as he did not want to "compromise the quality of the investigation".

"I would expect over the next few days that most of the work will come together," Mr Tidball said.

During the hearing, shadow Attorney-General Damien Tudehope asked if other foster children were living with "serial killers".

"To my knowledge, absolutely not," Mr Tidball replied.

Supervision order not extended​

In 2021, after Arthurell's parole expired, an extended supervision order was imposed, including conditions such as electronic monitoring and alcohol rehabilitation.

At the time, Justice Richard Button noted Arthurell was not in good health and had made a "sincere effort" at rehabilitation.

However, he said Arthurell had "unequivocally demonstrated a proclivity to violently terminate the lives of fellow human beings".

"A frail, even physically disabled, person can inflict fatal harm once armed with a weapon," he noted.

During the budget estimates hearing on Wednesday, Attorney-General Michael Daley was asked why Arthurell's supervision order was not extended when it expired in 2024.

"If Arthurell does not meet the threshold for you to apply for an [extended supervision order], who does?" Mr Tudehope asked.

While Mr Daley took on notice some questions about Arthurell's case, he said a High Risk Offenders Assessment Committee provided advice to the government on extended supervision orders.

"There are months and months of medical and psychiatric and other assessments made by the experts that underpin that panel," Mr Daley said.

"And attorneys-general act on advice in relation to those matters."

Incredibly, they have also altered an elected official's quote to leave out the word "murderer" and replaced it with "killer". Apparently only one of the convictions was for murder, the other two merely manslaughter (I had to look this up separately).

Trans rapist who 'robbed' girls of innocence jailed for nine years​

A transgender woman who carried out a series of sex attacks on young girls has been jailed for nine years.

Serenity Francis Johnston, 34, abused three children, who cannot be named for legal reasons, in Livingston, West Lothian, between November 2006 and April 2012.

Johnston targeted girls who were aged between eight and 15. The attacks included sexual assaults and rape.

At the High Court in Edinburgh, Johnston - a biological male formerly known as David who now identifies as a woman - was jailed for nine years with the judge saying the victims were "robbed" of their innocence and happiness.
Lord Mulholland said the sentences reflected Johnston's lack of remorse" for the girls preyed upon.

He added: "The rapes of young children is a very serious matter and a lengthy prison sentence will be imposed on those who commit such crimes.

A jury previously heard evidence of how Johnston's first victim was aged nine when the abuse began.

The court heard how Johnston carried out indecent and sexual assaults on the girl and raped her.

On an occasion between March 1 2011 and September 30 2012, Johnston raped another girl at a house in Livingston.

The court also heard that in 2012, Johnston also carried out another sexual assault on a third girl who was aged 15.

Johnston had denied any wrongdoing but was found guilty at the High Court in Livingston last month.

Following the conviction, Mulholland said: "These are very serious offences to rape children. You'll pay a very heavy price for what you did."

'Corrupted' their childhood​

Defence advocate Jonathan Crowe told Lord Mulholland his client had a "troubled childhood" and takes medication for anxiety and panic attacks.

He said Johnston had been subjected to serious bullying during his life.

He added Johnston was now in a relationship with a woman and has the support of family members.

But Lord Mulholland said the nature of the crimes meant that the only appropriate disposal was a jail sentence.

The judge added: "What you did corrupted their innocence and early childhood years. You have robbed them of their childhood and caused them long lasting psychological damage."

He said Johnston's lack of remorse and being a first-time offender was taken into account.

Johnston was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life.

A woman charged with rape, strangulation and assault is expected to appear at court.

Keri Uter, 24, of Bridgwater, is expected to appear at Taunton Crown Court on Monday, March 16, charged with three counts of rape, assault causing actual bodily harm, strangulation, sexual assault and making threats with an offensive weapon.

Avon and Somerset Police have said the defendant and victims in the case are adult transgender women.

The offences are reported to have taken place at addresses in Somerset and Bristol in June and August 2025.

Uter appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court in January and at Taunton Crown Court in February, where no plea was entered. A trial is scheduled for July 20.

DC Sanderson said: “We’re offering support to the victim-survivors, and understand the concern this case may raise among the wider community.

“I would urge anyone with questions, concerns, or anybody who feels they may have relevant information, to get in touch with us at Operation Bluestone, or to contact the independent charities and organisations which offer support.”

I don't know who the troons are cheering for, but what actually happens in these cases is:
- The JDL, SPLC, and ACLU will add the "victims" to their "troons are disproportionally victims of sexual assault" stats (with no mention of who's doing the assaulting)
- They will then also add the perp to their "troons are disproportionally Targeted by the Carceral System" stats (with no mention it's always for horrendous crimes)
- White males will be implied to be the cause of both of those things, and eternally lectured about it

This is the stat that bugs me because trannies point to it and act like they're the target of hate crimes (all committed by 'cis' people) when most of these aren't hate crimes. They happen because troons are constantly whoring themselves out and raping and killing each other.

Almost none are, and it's zero for ghetto troons. During the St. Floydmas insanity, I remember a corporate-sponsored ghetto linebacker tranny doing a "Stahp killin us!!" LARP, declaring White men a danger, etc.

Even with stats from troon blacktivists, it's like 10 deaths in the country, all fights or drug deals gone bad with homosexual black boyfriends/clients, plus a couple attempts to stab/shoot police responding.

Zero of them were by Huwite Males, yet you'd never know it from all the naggery.

Wyoming teen allegedly shot mom in the back of the head during argument over stolen tablet​

In Cheyenne, Wyoming, what began as a typical morning inside a family home ended in a tragedy that investigators say started with a stolen tablet and spiraled into violence.

Police say 14-year-old Havoc Leone allegedly shot and killed his mother, 41-year-old Theresa McIntosh, on March 7 inside their home. According to the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, the teen has been charged with felony first-degree murder and will be tried as an adult.

At first, McIntosh’s death was investigated as a possible suicide. But as police and medical staff took a closer look, that explanation quickly raised questions. Investigators say Leone later admitted to shooting his mother with her own gun after an argument about a tablet he had allegedly stolen from one of her clients.

According to court documents cited by the outlet, the teen told police he had thought about killing his mother before during times when she told him to do things he did not want to do.


The dispute that day reportedly centered on the tablet. Leone had allegedly stolen devices before and overheard his parents arguing about the latest incident. During the confrontation, McIntosh referred to him as “retarded” and a “thief,” which investigators say upset him.

Around 11:30 a.m. that morning, McIntosh told her son to finish his homework while she worked on a puzzle in his room. The two began arguing again about the tablet. McIntosh demanded the password, which was written in a notebook.


Leone later told law enforcement he retrieved the notebook and tossed it into the room. After throwing it on the ground, he went to his bedroom and grabbed a gun hidden there.

When McIntosh bent down to pick up the notebook, investigators say the teen shot her in the back of the head.

Leone’s father was downstairs playing video games and wearing noise cancelling headphones. He later said he heard a “pop” about fifteen minutes later but assumed it was a balloon popping.


Roughly an hour later he came upstairs and saw his son outside his bedroom. The teen told him he did not know what happened and that “it just went off,” referring to the gun, The US Sun reported, citing a Laramie County Sheriff affidavit.

The father tried to provide first aid and called 911, but McIntosh was unresponsive.

A black Taurus 9mm handgun was found near her body. According to court documents, the weapon was normally kept in McIntosh’s vehicle and typically stored with a loaded magazine but without a round chambered.

The teen initially claimed his mother handed him the firearm. Investigators say he later told police he had taken it from her car after a “big fight” over a math grade, according to Oil City News.

His father told investigators the boy knew how to safely handle firearms and understood the rules around them. He said his son “knows not to point a firearm at someone unless he plans to shoot and kill them,” according to the Tribune.

McIntosh was taken to a regional medical center before being airlifted to UC Health in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she died later that day.

Hospital staff noted the gunshot wound behind and above her right ear did not appear consistent with a suicide attempt and no exit wound was observed, the Tribune reported.

As investigators worked through what happened, the father struggled with the possibility.

“I don’t want to think what I think happened…I don’t even want to put it into words…and I don’t want to think that because it’s really f—ked up thing for a parent to think…”

“It’d be a lot easier to accept that she killed herself than my son tried to kill her,” he said, according to court documents.

A judge set Leone’s bond at $500,000, according to Oil City News.

A former Metropolitan Police special constable who raped and sexually assaulted a child has been jailed for 24 years.

James Bubb, who now identifies as a woman named Gwyn Samuels, groomed the youngster online before sexually assaulting her when she was 12.

The 28-year-old from Chesham, Buckinghamshire, was also found guilty of raping a young woman he met online while posing as a 16-year-old girl.

The former special constable was sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday to a total of 32 years, made up of 24 years' imprisonment and a further eight years on extended licence.
The 28-year-old identified as male at the time of the offences and was referred to by male pronouns throughout the trial at Amersham Law Courts.

During sentencing, Judge Jonathan Cooper said that since the defendant had transitioned, they should be known by their new identity of Gwyn Samuels.

In relation to the first victim, Samuels was found guilty of one count of raping a child under 13, one count of sexual activity with a child, one count of assault of a child under 13 by penetration, and one count of assault by penetration.

The defendant was found not guilty of one count of rape and one count of sexual activity with a child in relation to that complainant, and found guilty of one count of rape against the second victim.

Judge Cooper said Samuels "abused the most intimate trust of your victims" in "a campaign of abuse against each that was intended to break their will entirely".
Samuels met their first victim on chat site Omegle in 2018, before meeting in person a few months later at a Christian festival.

Jurors heard the officer sexually assaulted the girl in public shortly before her 13th birthday.

The trial was told Samuels was violent towards her and raped and sexually abused her when she was in her early teens - with the victim telling police Samuels choked and punched her.

The girl said Samuels looked "paranoid" when they were in public together and she felt like she was being "hidden".

When at the Christian festival, her colour-coded child wristband was clearly on show, she told police.

Samuels' first victim also said the defendant spoke "a lot about the powers he had" in their role with the Met as a special constable.

The court heard the officer raped the second victim, a woman who had just turned 18 when they met, while they were in an on-off relationship between January 2018 and February 2023.

All charges took place between 1 January 2018 and 2 April 2024.

Samuels began to volunteer with the Met Police Central West team as a special constable in September 2020.

The force said Samuels was suspended immediately after being arrested by Thames Valley Police on 30 April 2024.

Samuels previously worked as a theatre technician at Harrow School, London, from 2018 to 2024.

The school said Samuels' contract was terminated once it was alerted of their arrest by the authorities.
The judge said he understood the defendant, who has been held in a male prison estate while in custody, would remain there.

"The key point is that you are a very significant risk to women," Judge Cooper said.

"This is not predicated on your trans status, but on your criminal status."

Samuels was also made the subject of a lifelong sexual harm prevention order, which banned them from contacting young women.
Det Sgt Kirsty Pendle, from Thames Valley Police, said: "I want to pay tribute to the incredible courage and strength shown by both victims in coming forward and supporting this investigation through to court proceedings.

"Their bravery has been vital in bringing this offender to justice.

"We keep an open mind as to whether Gwyn Samuels, formerly known as James Bubb, has committed any other offences.

"If you have any information about this defendant, please contact us quoting Operation Aspect."

Note that the only reason he didn't go the female estate is not because he is male and therefore fundamentally not qualified, but because a judgment was made that he was a 'risk' to women.

Remember, the UK is allegedly 'TERF island', yet absolute trans madness still rules supreme.

The offender also has a lifetime ban from 'contacting young women'. How the fuck is the offender supposed to know if who he is talking to is a woman? The court itself doesn't know what a woman is.

Police then reviewed surveillance video and saw Ludwig jogging away from the restroom approximately 35 seconds before the woman left. They tracked him to a restaurant in the airport where he was employed. The woman and police positively identified him at the restaurant.
