Chikoi himself participated in this actively.

Open discord in a browser, make a temporary account with just a display name. You don't need to "claim" the account by adding an email and password. Grab screenshots that way. You can access everything except NSFW marked channels and servers that require verification of some kind. Nobody here knows you personally, you could have known this person and had some interaction with them that caused you to say this. If it truly is as blatant as you claimed, it should be no problem to back it up with screenshots.
