EXACTLY. The crack epidemic was caused by a certain somebody. It's difficult to understand the huge ripple effect that drug had on blacks. As you mentioned, the private prisons want their share of the pie. That pie also includes children (of ALL races). Back to crack, literally every gangster rap track from that genre's creation to around 2005 is based upon "yo, I'm rich, I sell crack on the street corner". 50 Cent's early discography (before he got shot) is a great example of that. The degeneration you mentioned existed before crack, but the coke is what pushed shit far beyond the point of no return. Contrary to popular opinion most black gangs aren't organized and based upon selling drugs anymore, however the damage has still been done and the poverty trap (encouraged by the welfare system) remains, the homicide rates remain high, and also contrary to popular opinion the birthrates remain low and abortion & suicide rates remain high. When it comes to the poverty, it isn't quite as bad as it used to be in cities like New York. Places like Detroit, Gary, Newburgh, and probably Cleveland are the ones you really have to worry about; they are stuck in poverty & crime because all the manufacturing that used to be there, supporting families, got outsourced in the 70s-80s and there was nothing left to do to survive but sell crack. Things don't have to be this way, and a certain group (we all know who) has power to fix these issues yet does not.
With Hispanics, it's obvious to anyone with a pulse & real life experience that they are intentionally brought in and kept as illegals so they can be trafficked around like slaves. I've seen people straight from Central America, Mexico, the islands like the Dominican Republic, and South America assimilate and become model Americans with my own two eyes many, many times so it's not like genetics or culture shock are causing the shitty conditions they're often found living in. It's an economic thing; think of it from a landlord's perspective: Would you rather rent to 3 citizens for 2800 a month, or to 16 illegals for 6700 a month who you can threaten to sic ICE on anytime they complain? The same factors apply from a business owner's perspective, just with wages instead of rent. I'm not even exaggerating with the numbers mentioned above as examples, shit like that really goes on and is all around you. When it comes to crime, it's also obvious to anyone with a pulse & real life experience that if you keep people in those aforementioned shitty conditions they will turn to crime. A big part of that is also the illegal status; if you tell people that any police they meet will get them deported, that they will never be able to get a good job or climb the ladder because they're illegal, and will never get citizenship before being deported, that person is given absolutely ZERO motive to assimilate, ZERO motive to learn English, and ZERO motive to follow the law. Things don't have to be this way, and a certain group (we all know who) has power to fix these issues yet does not. The ideal solution would be to stop the flow of mass migration and give illegals here the chance to gain citizenship if they learn English and start assimilating. However the people in power, causing these problems, are not ideal.
