    @castersen13 I won’t argue that there is no currution in NATO, but only amad man would think that Afganistan was invaded for the same reason as Iraq. You know why the UN allowed the war? Because they attacked you, so we retaliated. Opium may have been against their religion, but it was still grown during Taliban rule, and you seem to forget that the we didn’t even know about the minerals until 2007, 6 years into the war. And as it is NATO not just the US, there will be no defense Contract.

The opium trade is a multi billion dollar business.Guess what the taliban doesnt grow opium because its against their religion.But the NATO troops let the locals grow it.This is a drug war you baffoon. Not to mention all the natural minerals like gold thats un tapped territory.They will make trillions from afganistan.Not to mention the billions from defense contracts and natural gas pipeline.
