I did not have my phone during my stay so I asked the couple of girls i have kept in touch with after if they have more information about her or pictures for evidence. Rowan would say she was hearing voices and blamed it on an antipsychotic they had her on and acted schizo. she refused food, scary anorexic looking and wouldn’t take her meds, yelling at staff, and just causing issues all the time. because of that she barely had any privileges and she was caught SH multiple times. She was caught getting guys to send her vapes through the mail. She only had one close friend there and the two of them would team up and start drama with other girls. They were very cliquey and just difficult to be around overall. obviously nothing has changed because she is still batshit crazy.

It's a public picture she posted and used as an avatar on the internet, she has no expectation of privacy with it. He never used her full name in the video either.
