I've noticed a disturbing but predictable pattern with him: he always tries to dress like a pre-teen girl. Note the gaudy and colorful earrings (he has a whole collection of ones shaped like kitschy things like Pepsi cans and hot dogs), the overly "cute" and "aesthetic" prints that sometimes border on infantile, the weird silhouettes that wouldn't flatter most adult women even if they technically fit into the garments as they're just outright childish-looking.

I suspect that's a big part of his fetish.
