🐮 Lolcow Russell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner

Do you think is informal popper filings are not about the money and instead all about "i'm a pour boi no body loves me"
They are entirely about how he'd chooses to present himself to sway the courts opinion. He files IFP when hEd wants to be seen as a poor harassed retard. He pays full freight when he wishes to be viewed as a keen almost lawyer and real estate whoremonger arguing important issues of constipational law.

Its a very bleak Easter for Greer, homeless, Cox Communications won and ViaTRON coming for his ass.
Pour one out for the Las Veganite whores, going unharrased and drool-free due to the Sovereign Whore Fund being drained. o7 o7 o7
Oh wow, I didn't know what you were talking about, but that was today and it was unanimous and it very much trimmed the wings of contributory infringement. Now if Barlow and Bennett can come out of their clown comas that would be nice.

I'm firmly in the "russ has threatened legal action tons of times and gotten his way" camp, we just haven't seen them or found them yet.
I hold to the theory that his first win he's been chasing ever since is getting a free threesome when he threw a fit and threatened to sue after the infamous Olive Garden date
Anybody think his dad will take him back in Utah?
As I've said before, his parents, even if they wanted to, have no money to take care of him after his father was hospitalized with Parkinson's, and even if they did, in his small hometown he will forever be known as "That maniac who tried to shoot up the school" so going back isn't really an option ever

Just a reminder on the fact that Greeeeeeee is a lying liar that lies about him being a lying liar who lies. We only have his word that his father is sick. We have no independent proof it is true.

Do we know when the bailiffs will come and toss him out onto the street yet?
The standard schedule is:
The constables were given the order yesterday. Today(1 business day later) they would have posted the 24 hour notice to vacate on the property. Tomorrow(24-36 hours after the notice is posted) he gets thrown out on his ass.
I don't know if this is holding but that's how it should go. There is not yet any filing at the justice court to tell the constables to stand down.

Do constables return an eviction to the court like police return warrants after they are executed?

Someone should convince Ethan Ralph to make a Vegas trip so that he can record the whole thing on camera. That would be a cow crossover that no one had on their 2026 bingo card.

Does anyone know the total number of litigation attempts Russell was involved with? Including stuff like this eviction. I'm curious about the number of times he lost in court. Off the top of my head, about 15?
