As I've said before, his parents, even if they wanted to, have no money to take care of him after his father was hospitalized with Parkinson's, and even if they did, in his small hometown he will forever be known as "That maniac who tried to shoot up the school" so going back isn't really an option ever

The standard schedule is:
The constables were given the order yesterday. Today(1 business day later) they would have posted the 24 hour notice to vacate on the property. Tomorrow(24-36 hours after the notice is posted) he gets thrown out on his ass.
I don't know if this is holding but that's how it should go. There is not yet any filing at the justice court to tell the constables to stand down.

Do constables return an eviction to the court like police return warrants after they are executed?

Does anyone know the total number of litigation attempts Russell was involved with? Including stuff like this eviction. I'm curious about the number of times he lost in court. Off the top of my head, about 15?
