Phil's channel could finally get nuked? Time to celebrate

It's been discussed before but I'll mention this based on what I got: If his YT channel is finally nuked, it will deal a very huge dent to his income because the ads on his videos are his #1 source of income.

Still the question remains is if he'll just make a second YT channel.

I dont believe these are real. Was anyone able to see if the emails were actually new or not? Im personally under the impression this is faked for money. He always rushes to answer or deal with everything yt related ASAP, but now he's willing to sit back and talk to his fans about it for half an hour? Tweeting it out, changing the title, waiting for people to come in? fuck off

Yeah not sure why people are prematurely celebrating here. People have been doomsaying for Phil since like 2013, and he's still here. He's a roach, and even if these strikes stick (unlikely and I'm certainly not gonna get my hopes up given that uncanny lolcow luck) he's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Now, if a day comes when his channel is actually confirmed nuked, that'll be a moment worth savoring. In the meantime you're just setting yourself up for disappointment if you expect anything from DSP's monthly emergency tantrum.

... why did they migrate to Twitch in the first place? They are not streaming games, nor they are using Twitch remuneration system, right?

He got copyrighted on which videos?
But Phil gets Twitch some money in return through his legion of autistic children maxing their parents' credit cards. So they have a vested interest in keeping him even if he violates the rule about soliciting (which may be one of those rules "just fo sho", so they don't look like a scamming company, PR-wise).

The autists on stream were commenting on the SoK broadcast and discussing it instead of watching and discussing Phil.
They may not be as stupid as we think they are, then.

so twitch is as shit as youtube when comes to rules?
Consider this: Twitch will not enforce rules that directly affect their income, unless forced by PR (which means loss of income in the long run). Phil soliciting money is a violation of the TOS, yes, but it's a violation that brings them those sweet autism bux. The SoK shittalking Phil is a (probable) violation of their TOS that doesn't bring them any autism bux, so they are free to act swift on that regard.

The only way to make them enforce their own rules against Phil bringing them money is to create a shitstorm about minors donating him money without their parents' knowledge. That would activate saveface mode and Twitch would get rid of DSP faster than he could snort a "KHAMAAAAN DOOD!"
