I think it's just a case of Jet and the rest of the wiggers fly by the seat of their pants and don't put much thought into anything. I mean for instance I guarantee you the idea for todays challenge went something like:

Jet - "Okay we need a challenge idea....what if we had them do a typing challenge?"
