I'm surprised there isn't a line for debts, like credit cards, student loans, or other loans. In the case of the car, I wonder if his loan payment on the car is part of that $620, or if he's not counting that because of student loan payment deferrals while in school. He was supposedly going back to school, wasn't he?

There probably is - he had a car repossessed (remember that previous eviction litigation where he complained that the landlord should have hid his car so the tow truck couldn't get at it?), so his credit rating is probably negative at this point

How retarded do you have to be to tell the court, 'I didn't pay my rent because I was suing my employer. That dude was absolutely going to stump up $200,000 and I'd have been quids in and would have paid the landlord immediately.

Who could have forseen that my employer might contest my case and that $200,000 wouldn't show up in my account? Obviously, I'm not the person to blame here -- it's absolutely my employer's fault. If they'd done the right thing and settled immediately, my landlord would have had his money. So now he's gone almost six months without any rent, it's only reasonable that you force him to keep allowing me to live there rent free because ... um, I'm suing a shedload of people and one of these law suits is bound to come good, right? I'm a highly skilled paralegal by training, food deliverer by vocation."

I wonder if one of those anonymous people that Greer always claims to be Kiwifarmers when they send him email will contact the student loans authorities to let them know about his car purchase? Russ filed to Nevada Supreme Court a document proving that the Justice Court had originally granted ifp. Weirdly enough his income and expenses are completely different

People always say this, but Russell has never faced any consequences for the shenanigans he pulls in legal filings.

Claims in forma pauperis in the same case where he said he's in talks to buy a brothel: nothing happens. Includes $800 rent in his expenses when he hasn't actually paid rent in months: nothing happens. Courts deal with indigent miscreants all day and don't have the time or motivation to investigate further. Sallie Mae isn't going to give a shit that he used his student loans for non-college expenses either. He would have to REALLY piss someone off to be charged with any kind of fraud.

Holy fuck. Does that retard know that student loans are practically impossible to discharge through bankruptcy and that he's going to be on the hook for those until his dying day? They're not credit card level of interest bad, but the principle being so much higher means that the monthly payments on the interest alone can be similar. It's unlikely that he actually bought a car outright unless he got some old clunker, but he claims to have an EV and those are still quite pricy for used vehicles. He'll eventually miss payments and get his vehicle repossessed, but is still going to have to make payments on the student loan money he used on the vehicle.

Greer needs to go on Financial Audit with Caleb Hammer. Imagine Caleb's face when Russ starts talking about opening a brothel.

And with commercial leases it's almost common; I've known two people, good friends, hang out once a month or so, whose companies were suing each other over some fucking lease bullshit - no matter the outcome of the issue they'd still be friends and likely still be renting.

Companies make weird shit happen; residential nope the fuck out ASAP.
