I'm pretty sure that unless you're living in Vietnam or Mexico or somewhere similar, you're not getting fed for a month on $100 USD. It's just not happening. I'm not saying Vietnam is even remotely as bad as Mexico, because I have loved the time I've spent in that country, I'm just saying that food is really fucking cheap there. I'd feel bad if I didn't specify that, since it's a lovely place to visit. It's probably not as nice to live there, though lol

Would Russ even be smart enough to know how to eat for only $100 dollars a month? It'd take a lot of bargain hunting and couponing, or just eating cans of beans I guess.

I mean, he could be getting gibs from a food pantry but that would fall under public assistance. The filings are just unhinged. I know a chunk of the US population is too retarded to properly fill out a legal form but if you're filing pro se you should, in theory, be given a bit more scrutiny for you legal proceedings. Greer has taught me that the court don't give a damn about anything if you are or fein retardation or even outright lie to their face with the most preposterous made up bullshit. Im honestly surprised at how high trust the court is with these filings that any malicious person can just come in and shit up the civil docket with no recourse.

At this point Hardin has nothing to lose by suing the judges in there official capacity for being complete morons seeking injunctive or declaratory relief.

If this wasn't a mess completely of his own making, this would be one of the most stunningly sympathetic situations in modern America. He's lost most all of his belongings, now living in his car, still enrolled in classes, he's unemployed and stuck doing gig work, he's embroiled in lawsuit after lawsuit (putting aside that they're frivolous), he's trying to run a PAC and launch a music career, all while looking and sounding hilariously retarded.

If you change the parts where he's obviously reaping what he sowed, this could be a Hell of an underdog story.

I'm pretty sure that unless you're living in Vietnam or Mexico or somewhere similar, you're not getting fed for a month on $100 USD.
Yeah, he's full of shit. They don't have them in all cities, but some areas have "deep discount" stores where they get shit like overstock and damaged product that you can sometimes get for crazy cheap, like up to 95% off but it's also up to whatever they happen to have available at the moment. Maybe if you're insanely frugal and not picky, you could make it work through those locations. I highly doubt he was taking advantage of such resources.

Mind you, he also has no access to a kitchen now, so that limits things greatly and will only raise his food costs over time. Who knows how much food he left behind, too.

EDIT: Oh man, the implications of that last part is still hitting me. He's stuck living in the same vehicle in which he intends to do Uber? So, he can't really store belongings in the car, other than the trunk. The vehicle is going to start to smell and upset people riding with him. He's probably plightsperging to them CONSTANTLY on rides in the hopes that they'll give him a pity tip. I can just hear him giving out Chris Chan stress sighs hoping they ask him what's wrong and he can launch into the grift.

God damn, Rusty has had a bad day. I don't know how to add more snark or harp more than everyone else is but feels fucking great. Suffer Greeee.

Not so! Russ could live on bread and water for $55.50 a month!

This assumes making basic bread from scratch, not buying it. 2 lbs of homemade bread per day will get you a little over 2000 calories. Ingredients are: flour, water, salt, yeast.
  • The average price for flour is about $0.55/lb, and 1 lb flour makes 1 lb bread. Making 2 lb/day costs $1.10
  • Assume water is "free" where he lives, or at least the amount used for baking and drinking doesn't increase his utilities bill. This is common in apartment complexes where they estimate usage.
  • 2 lb of bread will need 5-10g of yeast, which will cost $0.40-$0.80, depending on many variables. Call it $0.75/day
  • Salt packets can be swiped from fast food restaurants. $0/day
So he's looking at $1.85/day for 2 lbs of bread, x 30 days = $55.50. This assumes no flavorings, seeds, or artisanal skill to make different varieties.

It's miserable, but doable.

That leaves him $45.50/month to fill in with nutritious vegetables, maybe even a weekly meat dish. And all it takes is a little skill in the kitchen, a little humbleness, and an industrious spirit to keep the daily meal prep going!

...oh, I think I see the flaw in the plan.

If there really is a $10 buffet then 2-3 times a week he can eat like three days worth of food at once.

But more realistically he can't math or is relying on soup kitchens or stealing food from the landlord.

He’s lying. He just makes numbers up. He has no idea how much he spends on anything on a weekly or monthly basis. He can’t even keep his spending consistent on two IFP applications filed days apart over the same matter. It’s just the pattern on a liar. Everyone has to move on. What he filed to the court on Tuesday was a long time ago. It doesn’t make any difference anyway his victim/defendant is never allowed to see it anyway? Just moooovvve on and grant him IFP.

Not counting medical issues, or say a drug addiction, is there anyway for Russehole's life to get worse? Sure, he could lose his phone, but I think that is doing him more harm than good at this point.
I hope he meets a pimp named Slickback and ends up turning tricks.

To defeat the Greee you must become the Greee?

It'd explain why he thought he was taking his whores out to fine dining establishments when he took them to Olive Garden though. If he was spending his food bill for a month on dinner, I can see how he thought they'd find him irresistably generous.

You can't. In the 1800s the Supreme Court of USA misread a British court case, and now Judges are completely immune from civil suits.

Who knows how much food he left behind, too.
You forget that all his food was irreparably contaminated with alcohol vapors by that dang, dirty Schaefer.

He could be stuffing buffet food down his trousers. You know, siphoning soda into his briefcase, crabs in the underpants.

Just Russell Things.

Supreme Court has dug its feet into the ground and has refused to budge on the issue for many many years now.
The best bet is a comprehensive lawsuit representing all the families of people who were killed by repeat and violent offenders that should've been in prison but judges keep letting them out.

Otherwise if the Scotus refuses to budge it might be time to through the House and Senate

Soup kitchens/handouts from whatever community resource centers are in his area would be my bet assuming he's not lying. While I can't speak for the capacity of such resources in his area, I volunteer regularly for my local community resource center that maintains a supply of emergency food bags that they'll give out with no questions asked to anyone, but only once per week (and they're very good at recognizing repeat visitors). If a handful of resource centers in his area operate anything like the ones I'm more familiar with that could be a decent supply of nonperishables that could last a single person for most of a week, especially if you hit multiple centers throughout the week on top of whatever larger food giveaways get organized that have greater quantities of nonperishables and fresh produce.

But he could also just be lying, and likely is.
