Well, by society's metrics commonly used for gauge intelligence, JD is actually pretty smart (cept for that flash memorization test lmao).

It's more that he had an upbringing which resulted in him being easily manipulated to other's ends in social situations. They probably never taught him to value critical thinking skills and self-awareness. We view him as stupid because we were conditioned differently. Otherwise, you might as well jump to the extreme end of that point and call white people retards for letting Jews do this to their children. Being cruel/manipulative/exploitative is not necessarily a basis for intelligence, but rather one's inclinations towards willingness to manipulate others (Dark Triad traits). I guess with Fishtank we give some leeway towards these things in the sake for entertainment, but one must wonder where the line is (and how far past it they've gone).

Might be two different people entirely, this IG shares the same PFP as the twitch account. The TikTok looks like her though, which makes it weirder.

They talk to each other and are close if they are not the same person anyway. cavewater is Ash, they both have a repo to which they commit. It's weird sometimes the cavewater account (Ash) signs off as Ruby. They do look kinda similar. kinda. The only clear image of Ash is the one we found on her LinkedIn.

I didn't get any screens of her interaction with JD, but her lips did look pretty thin in that. What makes sense, though, is that JD is a programmer, so it would be natural for him to meet his girl in that field. Pretty sure they all live in CA as well. Ruby, like JD, also used to stream Overwatch. wonder if their is videos of them playing together.
