It's literally how the Supreme Court works.
The supreme court works as the majority can make a judgment which any future judges of the supreme court can reverse. So no that's not how it works. Never has it EVER been the case that just because the Supreme court passes something into effect that it is automatically right and shouldn't be reversed. The supreme court makes a judgment and you automatically think its right solely because the supreme court passed? makes no sense whatsoever. We have a country which allows us to reverse any legal decisions we make so long as we have enough support to make the amendments and changes.
So what I'm saying it is nonsensical to think that "oh five judges said so, therefore they are right". Instead it makes more sense to say ok five judges said so and i will decide if they are right or not. if i decide they are wrong, I will attempt to reverse their decision if at all possible.
