The supreme court works as the majority can make a judgment which any future judges of the supreme court can reverse. So no that's not how it works. Never has it EVER been the case that just because the Supreme court passes something into effect that it is automatically right and shouldn't be reversed. The supreme court makes a judgment and you automatically think its right solely because the supreme court passed? makes no sense whatsoever. We have a country which allows us to reverse any legal decisions we make so long as we have enough support to make the amendments and changes.

So what I'm saying it is nonsensical to think that "oh five judges said so, therefore they are right". Instead it makes more sense to say ok five judges said so and i will decide if they are right or not. if i decide they are wrong, I will attempt to reverse their decision if at all possible.

Madison established the concept of judicial review. This refers to the Supreme Court's power to decide whether existing legislation is unconstitutional or not. This has nothing to do with merits or principles.

They are slow, they are inefficient, and unless there are damages claimed around the $2500 mark, or the person involved has a legal reason in which they have otherwise waived extradition or the state of VA is obligated to retake them, then it's not likely they'll ever bother to pursue extradition. I fucking hate doing interstate work with VA because they are so terrible in all ways, and because their criminal code and levels of offenses seem all sorts of arbitrary in terms of severity compared to their neighboring states).

Your mental health issues probably preclude you from seeking any real employment as I doubt you could hack it in a workplace environment for long.

I'll begin looking for work near the end of this year most likely. I'm not involved in my community. Ever since 2011, I've been entirely online in my life. Spring of 2016-Spring of 2017 I started travelling the country for various community events with other people that share some religious ideas as me.

I have a satisfactory relationship with my parents, but nothing overwhelmingly close. But they love me and I love them. I'm closer to my dad than my mom. I have conversations with my dad on a regular basis. I wake any time from 8 am to 11 am. I go to sleep anytime from midnight to 5 in the morning. I get my food from a local health food store that has high quality organic food and natural foods. $12 a gallon milk I get. because its the best of the best. 3 gallons of milk every week at least.

I intend to move out when I am 30. It all depends on what happens though i don't know the future. My goal is to get a job save up money and start my projects and get married and start having a family. In 20 years from now I'll be a millionaire most likely.

With no Tamar, i'd be much more productive in my life and then I can actually move on.

I am not schizophrenic, so my work won't be schizophrenic. My view is putting all the apocrypha together as a single set. I only reject the books that are so contradictory it can't be reconciled in even the slightest way. no God doesn't speak to me and I have no visions voices or revelations. I just study and use my reasoning abilities to conclude which parts of the Bible are correct and which parts are not. Everyone is able to decide for themselves what to accept as true and they will be accountable for their choice they make.
