Compare a North Korean music video. The timing's are stilted and the angles are very linear, the musical progression is fast but the video's scene transitions are slow.

CNow compare it to a Liberan music video. Utter opposite!

Thats a pretty subjective analysis of creative output.
 
The first North Korean music video that came to mind:
 
The average North Korean's IQ is weak compared to the rest of the continent (in the mid-90s somewhere vs. mid-100s for greater East Asia), but strong compared to Africa's.

Yet the average African GDP per capita is double theirs.
Something isn't adding up here with respect to the logic of wealth being connected to intelligence, so obviously, a US embargo is the conflating factor.

And also the fact that North Korea is hilarious incompetent country who thinks they can go around threatening the Global Superpower with a nuclear strike without repercussions.

If you listened to Mr. Eazy E instead of Mr. McVitie: your life would be much better.
