During his 1st prestream mentioned that during his time off that he will be contacting people to manage and rent his condo in CT. Look forward to the drama that will cause, as I'm sure Phil is a gem to work with.

Phil got an email from Home owners association during his 2nd stream informing him that the road will be getting paved next week, but that is during his staycation/vacaction so he was all upset that he might be stuck in his house. He later found out by getting another email that he has to park on the street next over and walk to his house.

Pretty much. In his recent house tour video he said that he got his father to hang the fucking picture frames on his walls for him because he didn't know how. When it comes to his parents Phil's a little kid.

Come to think of it, I can't remember the last time I heard Phil actually ask for assistance. He's pretty much abandoned asking in favor of the guilt-ridden demands because he's entitled to your money since he works his ass off to provide you with a necessary service. At least asking would show a little humility by giving people the option to turn him down.

Honestly, even someone as dumb as Phil could work it out if he wanted to (though maybe he'd have to do some Youtube searches for instructional videos, because he's a dumb).

I think that he just decided to be lazy because he knew his parents were coming to visit, and they're basically servants to him, so why put any effort in himself?

He snorts.
"You gotta tap lightly, okay? It's actually easy once you figure it out, like I did."

So, conspiracy theorists like myself, had were suspicious about this vacation coming up. A lot of people thought he was going to CA, CT or SEA. Does this confirm that he's not going anywhere or is he feigning being upset?

It's not so much an inability to figure it out but an inability to listen and remember.
Phil tends to talk his way through tutorials making his usual inane commentary and snorting rather than listening to what's said. Even if he does pay attention and retain a little of the information he dismisses it as unimportant or is straight up unable to follow basic steps (kicking in darks souls as an example).
There theirs straight up arrogance, Phil will often skip a tutorial because he assumes he already knows it such is "dude how do I powerslide" in forza horizon after the loading screen tips and opening drive explain it or his utter failure at the mma game were he refused to play to tutorial and mashed his way through.

It is sad but this may be the first time in Phil's life he has to be an adult. He lived in his condo but he admits he just ate fast food all the time. His parents were close I would not put it past him dropping by with laundry for his Mom to do. That place was a mess with statues and shit all over the place. Then when he moved he had Leanna doing all this stuff while he sat on his ass playing games never giving it a thought. These pictures are genuine pride for something as simple as putting a shitty eggplant dish in the microwave. It is like a child proud they poured their own cereal and tard cum except this kid is 35 but he still wants the validation for doing it all by himself but adults do not get a pat on the back just because they made fucking dinner.

He really is a little boy in a woefully unhealthy man's body. During his streams, Phil repeatedly makes a statement and then says, "Right?" followed by prolonged staring at the chat for validation.
I don't know whether it is YouTube that does this to people or betas naturally gravitate to content creation, but TB is the same way with needing constant positive feedback and has incidentally taken Phil-esque measures recently if not satisfied.
DSP would do well to spend the next couple days off pondering who he thinks he is in his own mind, whether he truly believes he has more importance than others because of a 40,000 video "legacy", and if the world is saturated with detractors or do his own actions create mortal enemies sworn to torment his every moment.

I'm honestly not surprised. I know a lot of people love to fellate TB for some reason, but he just seems like an arrogant asshole with zero interest in engaging with his viewing audience. He has someone managing his Twitter, comments aren't allowed on his videos, and he shits on people in Twitch chat, saying that he's not there to talk to then, they're there to watch him. He's lazy as fuck with his content, too. A lot of his videos are just him hitting record in Audacity, rambling until he's done with his checklist, picking a random RAW, UNCUT, UNEDITED GAMEPLAY™ video as the backdrop, and uploading it. There are videos with just straight up editing goofs, too. The kind of stuff you'd notice if you played the video even once before uploading, which I'm guessing he doesn't. I used to love his stuff, too, but that shit on Twitch turned me off completely.

Anyway, back to Phil:

Youve really painted a vivid picture of fucking exactly how it would go down, right down to the chat being just a stream of messages, just chaos. This is art.

Its so fucking bizarre seeing him interact with other people because he's so fucking out there. He's like a tinfoil hat theorist compared to them. They're just talking normally and he's in Kim Jong Un detractor mode, and his shit doesnt make sense, it's just so far gone.
