This idiot claims to follow a religion that says "blessed are the peacemakers."

Razor is a hypocrite and a barbarian, plain and simple.
I don't think he genuinely believes in or upholds Christian values, not all of it at least. He just likes bringing it up often to virtue signal, but it rings hollow when you look at his past and present tweets, as well as videos. If only he weren't such a spineless worm, he'd at least own the fact that he doesn't give a fuck about Iranians, Venezuelans or whatever nation of people that US claims they want to liberate. He just wants the US to throw their weight around and make other countries do whatever they want so he can feel good about it, like they've won. That's really what it boils down to with most magatards. This whole thing is just like sports to them, they're rooting for their favorite team to win and dominate every other team.

Watch them cheer gleefully if Trump does follow through with his Greenland or Canada invasion threats. Despite those nations sharing very similar values and politics as the US, they will be gloating about it if it does happen. They will gaslight and give a long list of reasons as to why bombing and invading them is totally justified.

His religious grift is really just boiling down to virtue signaling ( goonergate) or calling Catholics communists and sharing cringy Protestants memes.
His only religion right now is MIGA.

Please remember that the demographic shifts in certain states are largely influenced by Indian Americans increasingly supporting Democratic candidates, which has contributed to Texas turning blue. This trend is often overlooked in discussions that focus primarily on other groups such as Hispanic. Danny and the rest of MAGA only cares about Israel and India. There has been a significant reduction in employment opportunities for American workers in Texas, potentially influenced by policies favoring H-1B visa holders from India with the blessing of Pro-Trump republicans.

Razorfist finally figured out Kingpin was an anti-Trump allegory. Is he pretending season 3 of Daredevil never happened?
I vaguely remember watching his review of season 3, in which he actually did point out the anti-Trump stuff. I think he even had a rant about it before it came out.
Razor put that video out and threatened to take them to court and claimed he had receipts and KC backed off after that.
I'm more inclined to believe they didn't think Danny-boy was worth the effort. They sounded like they had way bigger fish to fry when they were addressing the response.

The Apu immigration episode was aired in 1996 during the Clinton administration, and was about California ballot initiative Prop 187, not immigration on a national level. Moreover, it had a rather based moment in how it touched on the Civil War being fought over for economic issues and not exclusively slavery, something you'd think Danny would find endearing.

Homer smoking weed episode is from 2002, squarely in W. Bush's first term. It also mocks weed use with Homer getting so baked he fails to vote against making medicinal marijuana criminalized.

Only Patty being a dyke episode has any relevance to the 2004 voting season as it aired in 2005. And Selma is the straight sister of the pair as shown in her pursuit of men during the series (Troy McClure, Sideshow Bob, Hans Moleman), so...wtf is he saying they both get "gay married"?

This bellend doesn't even try to get the time tables of cultural zeitgeists right nor represent them correctly when trying to grift. He's every bit as out of touch with pop culture as Matt Walsh and Jack "Tolkien is pagan" Posobiac. At least those two are bipartisan political pundits first and media critics second, making their lukewarm takes just sorta cringe and not embarrassing like Danny who still thinks he's a big time influencer with his shallow mixing of politics and games and capeshit.

Bold of you to think Razor even watches Simpsons. The faggot is going for the old Leftist/SJW tactics where you don't have to consume or know shit about a fandom to tell how "problematic" it is.

He loves to shit on South Park for the "DEY TERK ER JERBS" bit from the episode "Goobacks" because he thinks they were doing propaganda for illegal immigration. In reality, the episode in question showcases the very real problems immigration causes for society (overcrowded education system, native workers being priced out of the workforce, et cetera). The dude is a whiny right-wing SJW through and through.

Hey Razor, who did you back before Trump?
Razor was ironically, your typical edgelord fedora-tipper before Trump came along.

I can't find any of his supposed religionposting before 2016.

That's the problem; Razor saw something mocking nativism, when in reality, South Park wanted to tackle the immigration problem from many angles. But since it featured something which can be construed as a jab against immigrants, Razor automatically labels it as bad.

Reminder to everyone that this person flunked at journalism for a reason.

Bold of you to think Razor even watches Simpsons. The faggot is going for the old Leftist/SJW tactics where you don't have to consume or know shit about a fandom to tell how "problematic" it is.
Of course he knows shit about the stuff he argues about. Like, for example, if he actually read the Witcher books, he'd know that Geralt is nothing like Elric.

The closest thing to Elric in the Witcher series would actually be Ciri. Daughter of an emperor leading an empire she despised, possessing a great power that can save or end lives on a massive scale, the works. Oh, and she's got white hair in the games. In the end of the third game, her power saves entire DIMENSIONS from a white, frosty apocalypse that threatens them all.

If Razor went with that angle, he'd have a better chance arguing his "Witcher is plagiarized from Elric" stance.

See? Even I can do a better job than Razor when it comes to pushing his crackpot ideas; because I actually did my research.

If it doesn't interest him, Razor will not bother to know it.

There's a difference between the kind of woke in the 90s and early 2000s and the woke stuff now. Dare I say, most of the stuff that the anti-woke crowd defend to the death now are the kind that was considered woke back in the 90s and early 2000s. Everything from anime, to science fiction, to fantasy and even slice-of-life comedies and dramas painted a world where religious/nationalist right-wing people were usually a part of the problem, not the solution, and there was a real push for the idea that we should all unite as one people, a global population that should shed away the things that make us different and all be one. Shows such as Star Trek and Gundam posited that we are all one united human race and should act as such, and even shows like Family Guy and Simpsons took the piss out of social and religious conservatives, even featuring Jesus as a comedy character.

And even things that didn't bother with real-life allegories would not be the kind that your 1980s-style Christian grandmas would show to kids. Like say, dark fantasies like the Elric Saga, Ultima: Pagan, and Warhammer 40K, stories that reverse the formula of the comfortable, nice fantasies of Tolkien, where instead of there being a clear line between right and wrong, there are typically shades of grey, in worlds that are drenched in blood and suffering, where living in those worlds is quite literally hell, clearly bereft of an all-powerful God who is merciful.

Yet a lot of these things are things that the right-wing chuds want to "gate-keep" from the Left. Not realizing that most of the media they want to gate-keep would have been considered leftist when they came out.

For people in the late 90s and early 2000s, something like Bayonetta would be extremely woke. Takes the piss out of religious authorities, main bad guy is the heroine's father, the main "friendship" is between two strong, empowered women, and the male love interest is a comic relief instead of a strong fighter. But post-Gamergate, and all the right-wing chuds defend Bayonetta to the death because some feminist said mean things about her, and she shows sex appeal.

If "owning" or making anyone "cranky" ever factors into your religion, you have no religion.
It's all just a grift, not faith. Faith isn't obsessed with what is cool or cringe. Hell, a lot of the saints who followed Jesus were considered cringe in their day, especially since they taught things like "love thy enemy".

I'm more inclined to believe they didn't think Danny-boy was worth the effort. They sounded like they had way bigger fish to fry when they were addressing the response.
Yeah, I remember PPP saying they weren't going to back down and release a video in response to Razor's vid but literally nothing came after that.
KC said all they needed to say about Danny in the videos they did release. Anything more would be rehashing.

I don't think he genuinely believes in or upholds Christian values, not all of it at least. He just likes bringing it up often to virtue signal, but it rings hollow when you look at his past and present tweets, as well as videos.
Dude spent more than a few times making crude sex jokes about the religious people back in the day. Nothing's changed.

It's all just emotion and memes to these people; they are clearly just bamboo trees going with the wind. That is, until they themselves are getting screwed, then all of a sudden, they post videos about how they're sorry.

That's because Trump is the Culture War candidate, so culture warriors like Danny-boy feel like they have to back him up.

His religious grift is really just boiling down to virtue signaling ( goonergate) or calling Catholics communists and sharing cringy Protestants memes.
His only religion right now is MIGA.
The irony is that more than a few Protestant sects are to the Left of Catholicism and openly call for socialism. That, and Protestant memes are way behind their Catholic counterparts, especially since Protestantism loses its edge the moment you start asking where their inspiration comes from.

The Bible? The Bible says there's one Church Jesus founded, and to stray from that Church is to allow the gates of Hades to overwhelm you. It also has Jesus picking on the rich, which is contrary to the Prosperity Gospel ideology peddled by right-wing Protestants. It also says that the Eucharist IS Jesus' Body and Blood, and if you don't eat or drink it, you will not have life within you.

So according to the Bible, people like Danny-boy are lifeless zombies who have strayed from the path and follow a false Gospel.

Please remember that the demographic shifts in certain states are largely influenced by Indian Americans increasingly supporting Democratic candidates, which has contributed to Texas turning blue. The irony is that turning Blue is inevitable. I've seen it even in communities awash with social conservatives; modern Republicans with their obsession towards "whiteness" have driven away millions who would've otherwise voted for them and did once vote for them.

I can't find any of his supposed religionposting before 2016.
Dude didn't get religious until sometime in the last couple years. I know that as of 2023 he was still refusing to answer what his religion was during live streams, with Terran always giving a pat reply of "We don't discuss that publicly" which I took took to mean he was probably atheist or maybe into satanism given that gay little metal band he used to be in. I'm guessing his "conversion" is due to his Trump worship and the need to get on board with all the conservative Christians in the movement.

Got around to watching most of this (fast forwarding through the nonstop awful Chuck Norris jokes) and he is still as bad as ever. Apparently he's a level six player, which is totally l33t I guess, but he dies almost the instant he ever comes into contact with live players. So I guess his skulking around in the woods fighting NPCs while everyone else has fun makes sense since he just cannot play this game very well.

He's a bad sport too. (Skip to 3:50:00 for an example..) Almost everyone who killed him came at him head on, fair and square, only to be called cowards afterward, nevermind that each time he was skulking in the woods trying to ambush and snipe them. Also, he has Tactical Hobo with him and seems to think that because Hobo is a new player they're bad sports for killing him. Lol what?

Vtubers are best when they steer clear of such politics. The moment they get involved with them, you can see how uneducated some can be on the matter.

Oh, and no amount of appealing to the Right will get the Right to accept heathen Eastern cartoons. Look at what happened to many right-wing women today, where you have folks like MTG realizing the Right hates women and respects their opinions like they respect shit.

Razor is one such example of someone who'd happily see Japan sink into the waves and take all of anome with it, even as he kowtows to leftists like Michael Moorcock.

This is the guy who got lost in Halo Reach, after all. A game that is so labyrinthine, it has nav points telling you where to go, who to kill, and the pause menu has instructions for you on what the current mission objectives are.

He's basically DSP with a thesaurus and a MAGA hat. Are we surprised?

That's why it felt so fucking weird. Razor is not like Linkara or JeremyJahns who went on record as Christian, Razorfist was at best ambivalent about religion until a few years ago. And at worst, he was making pedophile priest jokes and laughing at the Christians, let alone hanging around godless folk like Styx, Mangaminx, and TJ.

Hell, IMO, it'd be understandable if Razor actually became a Christian because he "saw the light of Jesus" or whatever. But it really seems apparent his conversion to Christianity is less because of Jesus and more because of Trump and the Right.
And this is especially straightforward because whenever he talks about Christianity, he sounds more like one of those old Right-wing moral-majority members complaining about satanic DnD or naughty pictures than a proper christian focused on Jesus. (Though for him, DnD and risque drawings aren't the problem, RPGs he dislikes and anime boobies are.)
Then again, to be fair, a lot of America's more "prosperity gospel oriented Christianity" might as well be a whole different thing to actual Christianity.

JordanOwen 42 is one such Youtuber who went from atheist to Christian, and by his demeanor, you can tell his conversion was genuine. He actually acts the part of a converted Christian, unlike Danny-boy who barely changed save for a few religious jabs at Catholics while still peddling the same bullshit he peddled as an atheist.

Meaning that instead of gleaming some truth from the Gospel or the writings of holy people, he just reads from a political script of weaponized religion.

And the irony of it is that the anime JRPGs that Razor despised from the Gamecube/PS2 era are more acceptable for Christian parents to buy for their kids than the WRPGs that had demons and magic up the ass that Danny-boy loves to play. The JRPGs having cartoony graphics, the fact that bad guys just faint, die and disappear as opposed to exploding in bloody chunks, and the fact that most JRPGs centered around collecting magic crystals or Dragonball-like McGuffins instead of having degenerate sex with bears, demons, and gay people made the JRPGs more palatable for your normie Christian parent during the days of the religions right's dominion during the Bush era.

I grew up around a lot of Christian kids whose parents had no problems buying them the next JRPG, all they needed was to show they were doing good in school, and the parents give them cash to buy the game. But then you got guys like Spoony who complained that just flashing around a copy of Ultima 8 made people think he was a Satanist.

1775967783209.png

Gee, I wonder why.................

Then again, to be fair, a lot of America's more "prosperity gospel oriented Christianity" might as well be a whole different thing to actual Christianity.
The Prosperity Gospel Christians are spiritual descendants of the Calvinists. Calvinism is considered a heresy by both Catholicism and Orthodoxy, the only two denominations that have a historical link to the Christian Church in the Bible. During the 1500s, the Calvinists were considered heretics by both the Catholics and the Lutherans, and the Anglicans even waged a war to eradicate Calvinism from England during the English Civil War, just as the Spanish and Belgian Catholics were waging war to eradicate Calvinism in the Netherlands.

The Church Fathers and Jesus Himself spoke a lot about how helping the poor helps you get into heaven, something which prosperity gospel Christians strictly denounce. They pronounce Christ with their lips, and they denounce Him in their hearts, committing the sin of apathy, which Jesus openly said will end with you in Hell.
