I think it was part of her settlement with the Blaze. Basically they 100% fucked up and fired her after she filed legitimate complaints then they probably offered her a fat payout to avoid court but on her end she would agree not to talk about it as they would very much just want to put this entire mess behind them. That kind of stuff is very standard for these kinds of situations from my understanding (but again IANAL).

Except it wasn't an implication, it wasn't subtext or a vauge threat that we picked up on, it was explicit. It was an explicit threat to take down Kino Casino. Even in his apology his has to do the faggot millennial shit and minimize everything. He calls his actions "Cringe" and "gay" instead of correctly identifying his actions as Pathetic and Cowardly.

I clipped his first Boulder's Gate stream and he was so drunk it took him 30 minutes to defeat the character creator. He couldn't figure out how to make his character not be a jacked black guy and was seething about it the whole time. The Casino watched it on 2x speed at the end of an old stream which somehow made it way funnier.
