💰 Grifter "Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

You missed the best part of the Galante(or however its spelled) election: everyone could participate/vote in it. So it was basically an American election. Also, the inbee's campaign promises involved allowing unethical scientific experiments.

Josh, to back uo the person who said play TLOU, the second game has so many accessibility features apparently you can just stand around and the enemies will walk right past you because you're technically hiding.

Games story is still shit though.

Since everyone are making game suggestions for Null to play on stream, i'll make one here:
Hack 'n' Slash by Double Fine

A pretty old game, one of the few done waaaay back on a Double Fine game jam. it looks like a Zelda clone, but with a twist:

you do not just click on things to hack and slash - you HACK into the game code ingame, and change the parameters of the surrounding world:

change enemies loot table, allegiance, dmg, health etc. You change the the properties of a bridge, that is too short or a locked gate, to make it open.

Josh mentioned in the past, that he wanted to make a coding stream, but argued, it would not be entertaining enough for people to watch for couple hours.

Well, i guess that would be a good compromise. Game is like 10 bucks, it has mixed oppinions on steam though, mainly, because of the poor execution of the

player's interactions into the game code, among other things. Haven't played it, since i'm no programmer, Game is apparently not that long, 5-6 hours, but could be longer

depending on how much time would Josh need to spend, figuring out the coding puzzles.

Problem is that TLOU's story is also boring and not just shit. So there isn't really a lot to talk about.

I honestly think that point and click adventure games like Grim Fandango could work well, since this is what Josh is looking for. Straightforward narrative games where you don't have to spend hours doing side activities.

I would like to humbly request that you continue doing the allegories using Internet terminology to describe what's going on. The dial-up modem connection between Hannah and Melanie's body language at the convention was brilliant.

Grim Fandango would, unironically, be a great stream choice, since it's pretty short (6-8 hours, depending on how long would it take you to figure out the puzzles), it's fully voiced, so Josh wouldn't have to read the lines, plus, it has great dialogs, jokes, story, music and it is an overall, great point and click adventure game. Puzzles are also not that complicated, i'm sure Josh would figure them out :)

If we are still doing game suggestions. I’d bump my old Halloween suggestion of Zoochosis.

It’s a zookeeper horror game. Assuming it hasn’t changed much from release, It’s not very long and I think nool could beat the game in one stream (at least one loop) (there’s a few different endings if it plays the same since release)

Stumbled onto this video while wading through lolcows and finding something interesting. Might be something to put on the next MATI.

Fair, was just pointing out the games got so much accessibility stuff in it you can basically just walk through most of the game.

Actually, L.A Noir might be good for it beacaus you can skip so much of the game except the inevestigation and interogation. Even the shooting and such can be skipped if you die a couple times. That could be some kino streams. Josh doing the "Do you fuck kids" segement.
