Last Night Elijah had Marc Palasciano on his show, some guy who is in some big public thing with T-Mobile, trying to whistleblow on them for various things including censoring text messages during covid if they contained links to sources skeptical of the ongoing pandemic at that time. Marc's substack website is full of semi-schizo looking thumbnail to bizarre articles where he admits to harassing T-Mobile employees as part of his whitleblowing efforts and says his second ammendment rights are being taken from him after he got hit with a restraining order by a T-Mobile employee.

There are details that I won't disclose. But she's been doing very well following her attorney's advice. Also the filings in the docket in Palm Beach County tells a lot of how haphazard Elijah and his dishonest lawyer has been. For example she filed her TRO against Elijah before she was even served for the Palm Beach County divorce. Elijah's lawyer tries to argue that it's the moment of filing that gives Florida jurisdiction over the children under UCCJEA for example when Kezia not only filed in Texas but also served him in Texas before she accepted service by a Florida court for the divorce filing. So Texas determined they had jurisdiction over the children leading to the final restraining order against him. Also there's a high chance that Elijah will get the Florida court case dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction as none of them lives in Florida anymore.

Elijah claimed that he didn't know that there was a restraining order until he found out about it in the media which is not true because Kezia told him that he was served and in that, he would have gotten the papers of the restraining order. So I'm guessing he took service and threw it away not caring about the details thinking any case in Texas doesn't apply to him because he filed first in Florida.

The problem is Elijah’s likelihood of prevailing is extremely low because the strongest objective evidence indicates the family relocated to Texas in November 2025. For example he did give indications that the children were in Texas on his own Twitter account. That weakens the claim that Florida satisfied the 6-month residency requirement at the time he filed in January 2026. Because under the UCCJEA, courts prioritize where the children actually lived in the six months preceding filing and the record in Palm Beach County AND Denton Court shows they had been outside Florida since September 2025 and physically present in Texas prior to the proceedings. So his arguments relying on ties such as vehicle registration or his dumb argument about her immigration green card to Florida are going to be garbage compared to his actually living in Frisco, leases, etc.

Now remember, filing FIRST is irrelevant. Being served FIRST is relevant.

Elijah and Kezia moves to Texas in November, 2025 and rents a house there abandoning the house in Florida after breaking the lease under the excuse "doxxing".
Elijah filed for divorce in January 22, 2026 in Palm Beach County, Florida. The reason for this is because you can't actually file for divorce in Texas UNTIL you establish 6 months of residency in Texas. Elijah pretends to still be residing in Florida even though he has no rental there anymore.
