I once heard of Canadian tech companies that made a good living off of selling censorship software to countries like Kazakhstan and Egypt, worth looking into.
Something people NEVER talk about is just how much Canada is in the stone age. It's so bad that the TFW program had to be used correctly to setup that EV battery plant using workers from South Korea because nobody in Canada knows how to make EV bom- I mean batteries, despite our vast Lithium reserves.

You know who has it worst? The zoomers. From the people I talk to, the Zoomers are all "based" and "doompilled". I went to HS and the people who surrounded me all had a very bleak outlook on things. No reason to work hard or study because It's worthless. Canadian kids who manage to find work, go to work to go to work, they don't have dreams or aspirations, they usually just buy clothes with that money because they know it's worth it in the short term. Boomers who voted for Carney because of "trump" while zoomers voted PP over "affordability" and "housing".

Hah this reminds me when I used to be in oil & gas several years back. During camp orientation/safety training the instructor called my engineering group out because we were all young and he was shocked seeing such such people doing the work. Reason was the guy had a high school aged son who was solely interested in becoming popular on Youtube and only knew of kids chasing the same thing. Even these poor suckers doing honest labour still miss the forest for the trees because given what/where they work they're relatively isolated from the current cultural climate.

Funny enough I learned a lot about working in Automotive because I'd watch nothing but Automotive content on youtube before covid hit.

Look at what happened with that mass shooting in NS when a denture maker, with several fake police cars shot up a town. Nothing, was investigated about that. Instead it was the RCMP response that was the subject of an inquiry, where they paid lip service to at one point the cops were shooting at each other in a panic.
