I hope he does do his CLEs and it prompts OLPR to get around to actually suspending him so he doesn't have his bullshit excuse it's only the CLEs that have him in trouble.
 
Aaron is beautifully dumb. Should he stop tempting fate? Of course. But he won't. Not because he loves the thrill of it. But because his brain is incapable of recognizing patterns and thinking more than a few hours ahead at best.

He probably crashed out. Between the middle of the night flight, all that twitter-storm he did, probably getting the wife & kids settled down and doing the hearing,....he probably reached his limits and passed out.

I agree, but I also think you are basically describing kabuki theater, and that there has never been a realistic chance of these settlement conferences producing results and ending the case. Perhaps the judge will now finally come to the same conclusion.

I also still don't think Aaron's burn rate is all that high right now, and if Nick has been dragging this out in the hopes of bankrupting Aaron, it's not going to work.
 
For sure, I think it is safe to say nobody got arrested for a violation today or had an arrest warrant issued or held in contempt for not showing up to the hearing b/c news like that would have broken by now.
