I was going to say something about this earlier, how Fishtank winners typically embody a spirit of selv overcoming and thus far Landon (until the last few days) was the only one with a growth arc, and James Drake's arc was about a descent into madness. And here we are. We've arrived at the clip that forever lives on the internet that can't be explained to your girlfriend, or your boss, or a casting director, or anyone really. He won the $50k but it destroyed him completely. Neptunian Kino.

Seems like everything after James Drake's victory in the kiddie pool was going to be said no matter how it went. Jet basically told the twins to stop moping and he'd pay them off before walking out and going through the planned routine. It was unlike any other ending, even season 4.

7/10. Great season, beyond abysmal ending. James Drake fucked up his reputation worse with the finale than he ever could by uttering the nigger word.
