Important tip for any of you depending on Narcan to save someone from an Overdose. Narcan does not cure the overdose. It just blocks the receptors that the narcotics bind to. But Narcan is a “Fast In/Fast Out” medication. Most narcotics will last longer in your system than Narcan. Narcan is not an antidote for overdose. It’s to buy time and stave off respiratory collapse so you can get the OD to proper medical care. Someplace where they can manage his breathing. Tube him if necessary. If you pop him with Narcan and let him wander off there’s a good chance he’ll just find someplace else to die in an hour.

The myth of Narcan being the overdose cure is because it can stop a bad trip from someone who while having a bad drug experience is not really in that critical OD range where they’re gonna stop breathing. Those in that range? You still need to be getting them to the ER.

His eyes didn’t look pinpoint from what I could tell from the video. They looked more dilated. He looked more like a narc overdose. But the video is pretty hard to tell.

What is his steroid regimen as well? Having a bunch of amphetamines (uppers) with exogenous steroid usage that is already putting strain your your heart + causing it to grow which will result in your ventricles failing and subsequent heart attack is on the horizon if he keeps this up. I have seen him be a total insomniac as well, always sperging, he is speedrunning stroke/cardiac arrest at the very least. Taking recreational drugs on top with stuff other than TRT in your system will fuck you up.

Maybe I am too merciful or too effected by "oh wow it is horrible the person died either way" hence I am saying that. Although I figure I am applying a normal sense of psychie to someone who is dopped up on drugs 24/7 because if I had my friends offering me fucking adderall as I am ODing I would reconsider what the fuck I am doing.
