No. Narcan binds to the drug receptors in your body better than narcotics. Thus while the Narcan is sitting there the heroin or fent can’t bind and start doing things like depressing your respiratory system to the point of death. But your body clears out Narcan much faster than it does heroin or fent. Narcan’s full strength effective period is about 30 minutes. If in that 30 minutes your body has not been able to clear out enough of the narcs from your system, to drop you below the threshold of respiratory collapse, you’re gonna crash again. Narcan can be re-dosed. And you’re not going to OD somebody with it. But you’re playing with fire. They really need to be in an ER. Yoyo’ing them in and out of respiratory depression is not really a good approach to continued life without dain bramage.
 
Some people on twitter was saying it may have been GHB that he overdosed on, im not sure where they're getting that from though but he does use GHB because he talks about it sometimes. GHB is a really potent depressant and you can overdose on it pretty easily because you use such small doses.
 
I won't believe it until I see evidence he actually went to the hospital or recieved treatment. He lies ALOT. He has been out of the news cycle for a few weeks now, except for his crying. I bet he wanted to create a distraction and keep himself "relevant".
